Tis the season of giving!
I will be giving this rare Caribbean Treasures "error" coin away on Sunday the 8th at 5pm EST. During the copper cent overstrike run I had 13 pieces that were struck on zinc and not copper. The only way to really tell is by weighing the piece. During the weighing stage I found 10x 31,250 Satoshi pieces and 3x 25,000 Satoshi pieces struck on Zinc. Normal pre -1982 copper pieces weigh 3 grams, but the Zinc ones only weigh 2 grams. All the error pieces were stamped with a "2" in front of the word grams.
If you would like a chance at winning this rare error piece, simply pick a number between 1-50 and let me know which US government agency is the most worthless and needs to be reviewed by the D.O.G.E. for removal. 🤣 If you are overseas, what part of your government needs to go?
Overseas winners will have it shipped to MJ. Will have to pay him for shipping to you and his services.
I also noticed that only the pieces struck on zinc planchets have the silverish area around the numbers, sword handles and the key. It broke through the copper plating and exposes the zinc. This is a funded piece with the gold colored hologram #199.
