You just missed the launchpad of this coin on the Binance exchange, which was held in April 2021. TLM is traded on many major exchanges, including Binance, so there are enough sites where pumping and dumping is carried out. NFT gaming is the trend on crypto right now if you are not aware. nft's are new and it could take some time before they calm down but we dont need to wait that long for bitcoin to recover .

when was BTC 55K I was bought some TLM the price was .50 but this pump very helped me. I was selling some I think it was a game of big traders for that reason after pump it's again dumped. But it will good sign for the long term when the BTC market pumps we see good something again.

Asking why is a waste of time, most of those NFT coins that are pumping are doing so out of hype, there is not really a reason for why this is happening except that there is an expectation of those that are buying the coin that someone else will buy it for an even higher price without any fundamentals to backup their believes, a phenomenon also known as a bubble.Also this coin has been dumping for a long time so if I were you I will stay away from it if you are thinking on investing in it for the long term.

Since I am not familiar with this token, I checked in coingecko about its price movement. And even if it is pumping right now, the price of about $0.21 is still very far from its ATH of $7.16, which only happened last April 2021. So only after 3 months, the price went down from $7.16 to $0.21, that's not very good at all. But looking at the volume in Binance, the 24h trading volume is multi-million dollars, so it seems this is quite a strong one. But don't know when will they reach even $1 per token here.
It is another lesson when people invest in altcoins. If they are greed and want to pick altcoins. Ok prepare and afford for loses. Mate, that's normal in this industry, You know crypto projects usually doing some tricks, I'm not saying that all of them, instead of many of them, and I think it's normal, As you said the whole market was bleeding and why TLM coin/token was pumping, maybe for some reason it has a huge demand that's why the price was pumping or else it was artificially induce who knows this is crypto space and everything is possible.

TLM is highly manipulated token (f.e. binance listing dump) with only 9% of supply in circulation with Fully Diluted Market Cap equal 2B$ - top 30 CMC - very high for no name shitcoin that no one is using... NEO is dead. Smart contract platform that slept over all defi hype. There is no decent volume swap there. No one is using NEO now.

Nft projects and probably all that are blockchain game based nft will all pump due to axie hype. So everyone are all gonna buy those projects, including tlm.Dot and neo are both good coin and good for long term so any of these are all major caps projects that can be a potential in the future.
Tlm are farming and mining coin so the price hike can be worth it if you started farming earlier.
I remember TLM being airdropped for staking BNB, but it's not that much (depends on how much you are staking). There are a lot of coins that are up-and-coming with regards to play-to-earn games. I think that's what's currently happening with these tokens.
