Actually the discord app couldn't handle high number of members well. I've been with them since beta and the app still has many issues.

Maybe, but most important that they can watch out so that scammers can not rob people who want to work with the project. As we say, what's more important.

There is no channels except one, legit, in Telegram, without ability to chat. EVERY ANOTHER IS SCAM.

Dont send your funds to anyone who propose to you to do that in telegramm, you will loose your money.
