Load up on carbs before your workout (oatmeal, pancakes, cereal, cream of wheat etc) so you don't get drained and make sure you get enough protein after the workout. 


       Yes a good and healthy tip, don't forget also to drink water before, during and after your workout to replenish your sweat. But when you do jog or biking, i don't think it is appropriate for you to drink during that exercise, well it also depends if your comfortable with it though, a lot of people find it more hard to tune up if you have consumed water during jog, running or biking, as i have also said it depends if your body is comfortable with it.

Yeah me too! I do yoga in the morning to calm my mind and also after that i do easy workout.

Yep, I prefer to exercise in the morning.

If I'm working on losing weight, I'll exercise on an empty stomach. If I want increased performance, I'll eat carbohydrates prior to working out. That's what works for me anyway.

No, I do not workout in the morning. Neither do I workout in the afternoon or at night. Used to workout, but not anymore. Should probably start exercising a little more, but have been very busy lately.

I do fasted cardio in the morning 3 times a week which I find super effective for fat loss. However for weight training, I train in the early evening after I've had a healthy breakfast and lunch rich in carbohydrates.
