OK, my mistake, I remember I gave him the missing merit to rank up but I guess I forgot what rank he had at that time. BTW this merit inspired me to start a service to help people to rank up

Correct, they were missing (I wasn’t dealing properly with airdropped merits). Updated the list above. They're now on the list. Debugged 10 cases so far and seemed ok. I'll call it a night now.

Edit 2: Has to remove 3 cases that received their first merit from @Iasenko, but made it further before the 17/09/2019 (thus the Jr. Member rank did not require merits at that time).

I'll try to keep at it on the Weekend if I can (may not). If anyone wants to overtake, please do.
The above barely checked list of those ranked-up by @Iasenko. The format can be expanded, and I have all the data calculated, but I need to review it properly and think of the outputs.
In process: check Jr. and Legendary.

Notes:
- I’ve taken into consideration that a merit TX may have ranked someone twice (i.e. Jr. member + member if awarded 10 sMerits).
- I’ve considered all in-between rank-up steps.
- The listed data relates to the TX that caused the ranking-up, although technically it may not have at the time. For example, if the user did not have enough activity at the time (but does now). I cannot backtrack activity.
- This is extremely Beta now. I’ve posted the above so as to have a debug set that perhaps @Iasenko can verify to some degree.
- This may backfire and need to be deleted ...

I think it would be nice for someone “newish” to do it, although it requires to either keep a cumulative DB and or integrate a full TX file from those available sources (to begin with .. plus other stuff). Any volunteers?

One of the slight issues is the asynchronism between the merit TX file generation, and the profile scrape (in order to derive the initial starting point). For example, a person may be merited between the TX file and the profile scrape, and cause some to be marked with a wrong initial rank (it is not that likely in the big picture, but it does happen).

There’s also the question if we want to know who ranked who through each step (i.e. when a user reached Jr. Member, but also when the same user got to Member and so forth), or just to the current rank.
