I think, the question to ask really is: to all the whales, which trading manager do you hire? I think whales are probably too busy to handle their own trades manually, and just give instructions or teach their strategies to managers who trade their funds for them, with strict instructions.

I mean, why waste time earning more when you can pay someone to waste that time while you do more productive things?

You really mean to ask whales that can affect the market by doing something with their own bare hands? I doubt that there will be one of them to answer you and if there's a whale out here, I bet it that he won't expose himself as a whale. IMHO, whales doesn't use any bot as they trade, they do manual trading. But if you are looking for some trading bots you can find most of them on Service Announcements (Altcoins).

Best option is to make your own bot. Python is a nice programming language for that.
You can use open source library ccxt to communicate with Exchanges.
https://github.com/ccxt/ccxt

Alternative make your own routines for communicating with APIs if ccxt not support your Exchange.
