There is lots that can be done once they have access to the server itself that your approach wouldn't block though

I use Chrome on Win7 and I got an insecure content warning bar which gave me the option of downloading the content.

Chrome also has a Javascript black/whitelist by default.

Yea, for others IE could be a solution.
But for I, IE is not a solution as it cannot support this

Or: Use IE and https. The usually annoying "Only secure content is displayed." is surprisingly helpful here.

Then I seen screen shots.
Then I was like hmm, I didn't see this happen at all.
Wonder why?
If you like to block it out do the following.
Use the following.
Pick one > Firefox 6, PaleMoon 6, Waterfox 6.
Then goto https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/adblock-plus/ and install Adblock plus.
Subscribe to the following subscriptions
Always have noscript installed https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/noscript/
And now for the best of it all, use Block Unwanted Parasites with host file.

This is just custom added stuff I put together for my host file, use if you like.
I'll edit add if anything else I have to block shit like this, but I believe this is all I use.
