There are many ways to approach this. You can start a blog on your own and use free cryptocurrency blogs to drive attention to your site such as uptrennd, steemit, golos and the likes. When they stumble on your site and the quality is noticed, it will be bookmark and gradually you are building attention that will vet paid for in the future.

Why not try publish0x.com, Steemit and Medium.com, they allow Cryptocurrency related articles and they are crypto targeted too, on publish0X you'll get tip for publishing your articles in their network, Steemit is also doing that and Medium is popular among Crypto developers.

Hello, guys!

I'm interested if there are any possibilities to publish any interesting content on popular crypto sites for free?
I mean -- we write an interesting (!) article -- and coinmarketcap (for example) publishes it.
We get free PR and publisher gets interesting content.

Do you know if it's possible?
What popular sites are ready for such a cooperation?
Do you know any cases about it?

P.S. Of course our articles should be not like this post -- only native speakers write them. :-)

Its not that easy. And it does not matter if you hire a native speaker or not, someone that can write a good publishing worthy article can come from any corner of this planet.
However, you should consider using platforms like Steem and Medium to build up your name. Once that is done, the publishers would come to you instead of you having to seek them out.
Plus on steemit, you can even earn directly from your content.

If the purpose is for revenue, you might take all the time to write good article and the publisher does not see it so. The best is to post on the leading free platform like medium, steemit, publish0X, uptrennd. The most important things is to develop a blog using wordpress, joomla, etc and do your thing the best way. You can get traffic to your site when search engine started indexing your content, it pay off at later stage than to depend on other website to publish for you which is not certain. Infact, most of them started this way.

You can post on some free blog sites like steemit and linkedln and cryptopravia. You may not easily get paid like that except it's a premium sure. Again you can start a blog and push trafiic to it with the crypto as niche. So Kuch possibilities for you.

To be fair it doesn't matter whether you are native speaker or not, high English language and grammar knowledge is the key.
And your offer very complex task, everything depends on how quality articles you publish and how exclusive your articles are. We can't say exactly whether any website will accept your proposal or not but if I were you, I would contact for example cointelegraph, coindesk, ccn (if they changed their mind about close), would include my offer and example article. Maybe you write so well that they'll think about you as a dedicate offer and who knows, maybe they'll accept your proposal.

Coinscribble.com allows this. It costs $2 and goes to all the top crypto news aggregators.

Cryptodaily.co.uk accepts guest blog articles. However, I have to tell you they don't publish anything that comes. It must be well-written and structured, free grammar error, and blah blah, as you know. (If you google 'guest post bitcoin" you will surely find some others. Not big but since I don't know your plan behind...)

I would also say, any small/medium sites would accept to publish your content IF it's an outstanding article. They will be happy to publish it, It doesn't cost anything to contact them.

Thank you. I'll contact them.

Well, the two best options i think for this is first of all this forum, here you can open an account and talk about any product or service. The second option could be reddit, there you can do the same, and it's free to post. Another good option is to start a blog, there are some free services for this like blogger, so, you could try that way too. At the end they are free but you pay with your time :p

Try to look up on this list https://blog.feedspot.com/bitcoin_blogs/ but just spot out into those smaller sites but same as said above the publishing result
would always depend on how good is your article.

There are some users in Services board that are willing to even pay some BTC for articles.

Some of them even ask for cheap articles. Probably for small websites that do not have a lot of visitors. It is worth checking out, if you are willing to  publish them for free.

like this one that I saw some other day:
