When there is no mod dedicated to a section, you have to ask admins or GM to do something in that section.
The New Forum Software section is not overwhelmed by messages, I don't know if it will be considered relevant to pin your topic.

Here is my request to pin this topic > Epochtalk installation readme in the New Forum Software Section.
The reason is clear, if we want to migrate to Epochtalk we need to make it easly accessed for the comunity.
