That's a good job, and I wish to congratulate you on your first achievement, because I know it wasn't easy, but you made it through bit by bit because one million satoshi right now is currently $165, which is quite a good sum of money for a Starter like you, and I hope your next target now should be getting 10 million satoshi, and then move on to getting 100 million satoshi (i.e 1 Bitcoin). Because there is a popular saying that the journey of a thousand miles starts with a step, and you have just taken that bold step, and I wish you the very best.

Thank you very much for this comment and just to g my old post history and say let me reply to this comment, I have sure you may have read my subsequent advancement and bought in on the sister thread I created some time ago.

I have accumulated a good some of bitcoin in the last couple of months back, not to much to be call a whale but I have acquired good bitcoin that has my motivated me to build knowledge and grow to my current financial state.

As you keep accumulating your way up, I will like you to pay more attention to your wallet security and privacy because a lot of other newbies store their Bitcoin on an exchange wallet and their thinking the have Bitcoin not knowing the risk of having such asset on a third party exchange where you don't have control of your wallet and you guys are all aware of the popular saying, not your keys, not your wallet. So I will like you ops to have all your Bitcoin stored in a cold wallet with your private keys personally kept secured we're only you will have access to them.
Because you don't own any Bitcoin until you have safely stored them properly in the right wallet, I just say I should drop this piece of advice for everyone who may fine it interesting. Let us all learn a better lesson and never to trust any exchange, with our money, Bitcoin is becoming more scarce and very soon, bitcoin may go out of the reach of ordinary people and only open to the tech guys, so we need to protect our little Bitcoin holding and the future become more unstable.

Congratulations Op on your achievement this shows that you truly believe in bitcoin and you understand what it means to keep investing no matter how much you have got. This is what I want to tell the op, keep gathering, keep investing, and never stop accumulating no matter how small, the price of bitcoin may be low but trust me it's hitting 100k soon and you will be glad you did.
If OP keeps doing it consistently every time he has money, then I'm sure sooner or later OP will collect 100 million satoshi in his wallet. For now OP's bitcoin conversion is only around $165, that means he still has quite long time to collect 100 million satoshi even if it only depends on his financial strength.

But anyway it's just an amount that's not necessarily safe if the OP doesn't safe it in his non-custodial wallet because if he keeps it on an exchange then actually he's not necessarily getting good security for his long term investment. I recommend him withdraw assets on an exchange if he hasn't already, it would be great for a long term investment.

even though my achievement of becoming a Satoshi millionaire may sound as a small achievement to most people here. I am super excited to have become a Satoshi millionaire today and am going to hold on to this and also accumulate more subsequently.

Congratulations bro I wish you more accumulation. Your achievement may sound as a small achievement to most people here that is right, you are saying the fact but know that it is vise versa, your achievement will sound so huge to some people here, an example is me. Congratulation once again.
Thank you and as we learn along the way, Bitcoin is a big industry and the crypto space have not been easy lately and the recent market crash have made a lot of portfolios to reduce in value against other stablecoins.

But the ultimate Joy is that, as long as I don't sell I have not lost anything yet. Holding my Bitcoins in my private wallet is the most motivating thing for me in this moment of a market downturn.

...and today my I have 1 million Satoshi in my wallet...

Congratulations on having such a round sum in your wallet. What is the next goal you have set for yourself? It would be interesting to know how you earned your first million. Are you engaged in trading or participating in airdrops, or maybe you are testing and detecting a bug?
Am not involved in any of those activities you mentioned, I just buy and hold Bitcoin in my wallet I accumulated more bitcoin when the price dip down to 16k in the last few days back.
I am not that technical in trading so I don't venture into that, to avoid the risk of losing my assets trying to trade since I am a novice to trading.

Keep buying the dip and accumulate your wealth in Bitcoin if possible, but always buy what you can afford to hold for the long term peacefully and without any form of tension when the price noise dive in the future.
And don't panic when the bitcoin price is correcting because it's a good moment to buy again.
Usually, people will not think about holding bitcoin long-term because of the volatility factor so they will sell it out of panic after seeing the price drop.
But if we see it as a good opportunity to buy bitcoin, we won't waste that moment because it rarely happens in the future.
So prepare your money to buy at the lowest price, stay calm if the price drops, and prepare yourself to buy again.

good plan,
now I'm also collecting bitcoin, although not much but it's ok,

because I'm not too hasty
little by little, but surely,

I hope we all become successful people.
I think starting your Bitcoin accumulation journey with a small amount in a consistent manner is the best way to steadily accumulate bitcoin and also build good knowledge along the line, I have seen most big Bitcoin holders also start this way.

Don't wait until you have money to buy the whole Bitcoin unit before you hold some start small and grow along with it just like the ops did.

Little or large, we bought Satoshi We are all fortunate, in my opinion, to be associated with bitcoin at this early stage. Knowledge is important, but experience is also crucial to succeed in this game. Since the price of bitcoin is falling, it's a terrific opportunity for us that the majority of consumers are just performing DCA. We simply keep building up till the price increased and we could sell and profit for a longer length of time because we have no idea how long it will remain at that price. Bear won't last forever, so try to be patient. Thanks for being so proud of your holding, OP.

First, congratulations on your achievement.
It needs a process and the process that you are doing is always progressing, never stop only on that because once we have a mindset of having it, it will be always developing.
Many people are also doing that accumulation, bits by bits so that it seems not very hard to do, just be consistent.
However, from this case, I do agree with @Upgrade00, it is no need to share how much exactly, the screenshot and other information, especially the prof of the wallet. Never do that. However if after this, someone may contact you to get some jobs or other types of scams, you must be careful. Because they will refer to some newbies who have many assets and attract them to invest in their scam investment types. Be careful about this. And continue your efforts again.

Op took a bold step that seems so difficult for many newbies. Some people finds it difficult to start something in small, the funny thing is that it may take them long to get it big to start or not even get it big at last. Starting small pays  alot , it surely grow big . I'm really motivated how Op was able to become a satoshi millionaire by being dedicated and consistent in accumulating satoshi to get to this point. I congratulate you, keep it on .

Congratulations, Op! I believe that reaching your first million Satoshi is just the beginning for you, and your next goal should be to reach two million or more to become an instant millionaire. But upgrade00 advised you to keep your mouth shut and hold your bitcoins privately because it's not necessary to announce your achievements or the amount of bitcoins you have on hand. It's also better to be safe because nowadays, if we talk about money, many people are interested in defrauding you, even your closest friends. Be cautious

And also, as long as the OP doesn't do anything from different baits to him of hackers he would be fine. These baits includes sending him private message or emails messages embedded with suspicious links in which he can be phished.

@OP, I do not know you personally but I am glad and proud to you for achieving this bitcoin milestone. Congrats Wink
Well the fact should be that ops already know about wallet security and how to avoid phishing links that are sent through pms, but then again I have seen that what ops posted have minimal risk of being attack from scammers as he did not post any public or private wallet keys in this forum, and as I have advised earlier it is better to be in total control of your wallet were your bitcoins are held in.

Once again congratulation to ops.

I am super excited to have become a Satoshi millionaire today and am going to hold on to this and also accumulate more subsequently.
It is advicable to keep any future accumulations private. How much BTC you own is not something you publicly announce here on the forum, or anywhere else, especially to people who know you personally.

Another advice would be storage methods. Since you're on the forum, you'll probably know the most recommended wallet softwares are electrum and Bitcoin core. For higher amounts of Bitcoin, it would be wise to invest in a hardware wallet.

I agree with your statement and OP, please heed to his advice.

While it is definitely inspiring to share your achievements in the forum, keep the disclosure to a minimum level where you will not indicate the exact amount of BTCs you currently have. Somehow, you are putting yourself in a situation where scammers will target you, thus privately messaging you and bugging with free giveaways.

If you are not too careful, you might succumb to their ways therefore losing all your progress. OP, congratulations for reaching this milestone that only a few will reach. Again, heed to the advice of Upgrade00 and good luck!

Sometimes it is inexplicable how it feels to be part of the bitcoin network, being part of it here doesn't mean merely being a speculator just so one could try to get rich quick, no! Being part of the nework is in different phases in my opinion, learning is the first step, learning the essential as well as basic parts of the network, especially your security, and there's no way you will learn about the network without trusting it, it is at that phase you can start accumulating, and it becomes very easy to do, with patience and very limited mistakes, it feels good bruh.

Congratulations Ojima-ojo, i hope you get more money in real life so you could accumulate more, and have a happy ending finally, if there's any Cheesy.

It's not a small achievement, others are even doubting themselves that they'll be able to make a million satoshis accumulated. What's important in what you do is the practice.
Once you're all set, it's going to be part of your life that you'll do nonstop accumulation at any price of bitcoin until you reached 1BTC someday. And, I know that it'll happen because you'll be consistent, so next stop is 10 million satoshis and so on.
Who said it's a small achievement?

No matter what you own it's still a BTC and those who doubt will be having a full time regret in the future thinking it's enough to just doubt without actually trying.

Anyway, at first it may be hard to own 1M sats but the more you do accumulating it the more you will realize that you are already there. So keep grinding and trading for as long as you own a profit. No one can stop you from owning 1 BTC. Wink
It is what OP describes that some may think that it's a small achievement but it's not as I've said. He just need to keep on doing it and be consistent as the others have been struggling to even at least get a few of those sats because they're all for the talk but no action is being done.
But OP is different as he's done it according to what he has planned and there's no stopping now and he's going to be at the top soon together with the others who have been accumulating ever since.

Congratulations to you on becoming satoshi millionaire today and if you are happy with it then it's the most important thing which should matter in the end.For some it could be small amount but you changed the way of thinking about it and see you are millionaire now.The power of accumulation is very good and slowly if you continue the approach you can reach new heights but always keep your fund with full safety as you have accumulated them very hard so non custodial wallets or hardware wallets are the best alternatives for you.
I appreciate your comment on this and am sure I will learn a lot from it and take the advice as a tool to develop, I know this is just the beginning of many good things to come from Bitcoin, and am going to keep holding and accumulating more as time goes on.

It does sound as a small achievement to some of us, but what is important is your personal situation, and the path you are on. If this is a first milestone that makes you feel satisfied, good for you.

Keep accumulating little by little. If you HODL, the million satoshis you have accumulated today will probably be worth a lot more in the future.

What I would recommend is that if you have a good amount in the future, take advantage of the bull market to spend even small parts of it. As famous as HODL is on the forum, if no one spent bitcoin for payments it would be worthless.

Congratulations on becoming a Satoshi Millionaire. You say it's a small amount but remember that in some country where that amount is not small. In my country, spending that amount for daily needs will most likely last a month or two. I also hope that your achievement will make other people realize that if you want to own or to have Bitcoin of your own then IT IS NOT necessary to buy or accumulate 1 BTC right away unless you are rich. I have known and seen it myself personally when I told someone about Bitcoin but when they saw the value of 1 BTC they started to back out until I told them that if you want to own Bitcoin then you can buy small amount and it's not about owning Bitcoin must have 1 BTC in wallet.

It is advicable to keep any future accumulations private. How much BTC you own is not something you publicly announce here on the forum, or anywhere else, especially to people who know you personally.
I would also advice the same thing. Let's just go with the flow for OP since it's hid achievement getting 1 million satoshi and it's not like it will be stolen if you know how to keep your BTC safe though I understand your intention and why being private will help keeping your BTC safe.

I understand your feelings, to become a millionaire is a big achievement in social class, and Bitcoin at this moment is a rear gem that anyone who is a Bitcoin millionaire, should be celebrated even though of may look like a small achievement but the fact if you were able to essesize some level of discipline to have bought at whatever price and in whatever not you could afford and you have finally arrived at the Satoshi millionaire table. I join other Satoshi millionaires to welcome you on board and keep stocking more Bitcoin and never look at altcoins to avoid distraction.

Congratulations mate and this isn't an achievement that should be underrated, I always believe that if I am doing better than I used to do then that's improvement no matter how small the difference maybe. And definitely I can say that's the case for you.

I have a dream where I won't be calculating the amount of Bitcoin I have in dollars to know my worth and I can be able to freely use Bitcoin the way I use Fiat any where in the world, this is my vision and when this happens it would show how strong bitcoin adaptation has come. Keep stacking those satoshi OP even if it's $10 a week you won't regret it in future.

After making the above quoted thread, to show my enthusiasm and commitment to Bitcoin accumulation as a newbie I did not rush myself or getting myself work up with the price of Bitcoin rather I concentrated on on building my knowledge on Bitcoin and it development over time and how the market behavior has been and after gaining some level of knowledge i then started my Bitcoin accumulation bits by bits no matter how small I could and today my I have 1 million Satoshi in my wallet making me to be ranked among the Satoshi millionaires,

This is work put into practice, and this is fine that you come into the space and take your time to learn and after being satisfied with what you have learnt, you gradually start stacking stats and today here you are with total accumulation of 1M Satoshi, regardless of how small it could be in the eyes of some people, the bottom line is that you did what you think is best for you in order to buy Bitcoin and this is step in the right direction than being greedy and buying all at the same time and you could have wake up one day to see that price is down $5k, $10-$20k below the price you bought your Bitcoin, which makes a lot of people to start panicking most especially the week hands.

Am still new in this space both in cryptocurrency and in this forum and seeing what is happening even to stable coins lately make me decide to put all my investment funds into Bitcoin since Bitcoin has never crashed or a billion coins getting minted out of no we're and dump into the market just like Luna tereUSTD did, so for your peace of mind I advise newbies to rely only on highly decentralized crypto Bitcoin. Until you learn enough to decide which risk to take and which not to.

Congratulations to you been a Satoshi millionaire just like you have written. You have achieved one of your goals as a Bitcoin holders which I know you are going to achieve others of your plans I due time. The life of an investor is to keep buying and accumulating Bitcoin even though the market is ether bearish or bullish.

Take your and plan well to achieve other of your dreams so that before the next Bitcoin halving which is going to turn the market into another bull run. You need to have accumulated enough holdings that will make you a Bitcoin millionaire in due time. Also ensure you keep you Bitcoin safe from any attempt of scammers.

Congratulations @op, you've done really well, many won't understand your reason for being excited, but I personally do.

even though my achievement of becoming a Satoshi millionaire may sound as a small achievement to most people here. I am super excited to have become a Satoshi millionaire today
Indeed, most of the users here will not see or understand why this is an achievement and something to be excited about, but sincere it is and am happy for you.
My advice is keep going and don't give up on the way, very soon, you will make it to 10 million satoshis which equals 1 bitcoin.

I've been accumulating too, this is what I have currently..

I posted this because no body on this forum knows me personally, and no one can figure out the wallet address this funds are on, as it not on any wallet address I've previously or presently used or use on this forum

I started accumulating about 3 or 4 months back and today, that's my balance, my target is to hold 1 full bitcoin or more on this wallet before bitcoin reaches a new all time high of $100,000 and more. This is outside the fund I use for trading and investing in new found opportunities.

Congratulations! You have taken a good decision. That's how you may gather more Satoshi which would be Bitcoin once a time. But besides, accumulating Bitcoin or Satoshi think about your privacy and security. It's more important to secure your crypto than accumulate it. Don't be the target of the hackers. Try to buy a hardware wallet for beat practices since you aren't going to rush anything nearly. Once again I appreciate what you did.

Thank you, and the fact that I could accumulate by bits without haven't to buy the whole unit of Bitcoin serve as a great tool in the process.
Congratulations, now it's time to go for 2 million.

May your case be a lesson to most people who think 1 whole bitcoin is "expensive" because of its unit price, even though you don't necessarily need to buy 1 unit in one go.
I started accumulating since I gained adequate knowledge of the market.
Just came across this on Reddit and thought it will be helpful here.

This article helped also to better understand how the Bitcoin units work and what to expects.

You've done yourself well and very good OP for choosing the right path with bitcoin and taking away your eyes off the side attractions of altcoins, know that this is a privilege you've got not to constitute a number of newbies investing on shitcoins and loosing some of their money daily, its also a good thing that you've given yourself open for learning, especially in the particular areas of your investment at large, all i could advise is to keep growing and holding till you are satisfied with evident convinctions to sell at the appropriate time you desire.

True. I can quite relate on this back when I mentioned in a long dead thread in here where I was backstabbed by one of my "fake friends" when they knew that I was holding a certain amount of Bitcoin and they realized that its price is waaaay insane when converted to our local currency.

I believe that at least would be the acceptable thing to happen, because I know there are some worse case scenario where they would attempt to steal everything from me for obvious reasons of like hitting the lottery and suddenly everyone becomes your friend. Cheesy
In social media, it is better to shut up anyway.

You have managed to do it by continuing to accumulate satoshi until it reached 1 million satoshi today, I know what a great achievement you can do it even though we are still trying to continue to hoard as much bitcoin as possible sometimes there are some obstacles that cause the satoshi to be pulled back for on sale, but with you saying like this can be a motivation for all of them who want to have 1 million satoshi or 1 Bitcoin.
There is still a long time we can still do it to continue to get Bitcoin from the lowest price again.

After making the above quoted thread, to show my enthusiasm and commitment to Bitcoin accumulation as a newbie I did not rush myself or getting myself work up with the price of Bitcoin rather I concentrated on on building my knowledge on Bitcoin and it development over time and how the market behavior has been and after gaining some level of knowledge i then started my Bitcoin accumulation bits by bits no matter how small I could and today my I have 1 million Satoshi in my wallet making me to be ranked among the Satoshi millionaires, even though my achievement of becoming a Satoshi millionaire may sound as a small achievement to most people here. I am super excited to have become a Satoshi millionaire today and am going to hold on to this and also accumulate more subsequently.

Congratulations Op for reaching your first 1million satoshi and i think that is nor enough for you and your next target is to get 2 millions and above to became a instant millionaire. But what upgrade00 said to you that its better to keep quiet and hold your satoshi or BTC privately because not just compulsory that you will be announce what you've reach or how many BTC you have in your wallet and its better to be safe because nowadays if we talk about money many people will interested to scam you even your closet friends so you need to be careful and double your security.

Good achievement to have but its best to follow what @Upgrade stated since showing off your profits or your balances can sometimes trigger more attention to scammers and might you can get unwanted proposal which can cause you financial loss. So better keep your profit in private so that there's no disturbance on your growth and you can continue what you are doing smoothly away from people who always want to take advantage on newbies who's exploring more opportunities and exploit them.

I'm happy to hear that you have owned a Satoshi millionaire, it proves that you have been consistent in investing and believe in the only coin, namely Bitcoin, compared to others, I'm glad to hear that you have reached the first stage and hope to continue to accumulate Bitcoin in the future.

I myself am still at the bottom stage to reach 1 million Satoshi but I keep doing this with DCA strategy every week I invest, but still too far to reach 1 BTC but I hope I will also soon to have a Satoshi millionaire like you.  Wink

You've performed the right thing, I can't dream of a better crypto portfolio without BTC being a part, it's what we called incomplete, now your next target should be 2/million, do not give up on this journey as it will reward extremely in the near future, one step at a time.

You've done a great job. Congratulations!

While it is indeed a lot better to have known Bitcoin much earlier and bought much, there is nothing we can do about it. So instead of crying over spilled milk, it is better to do something now. The right time, after all, is always now. We don't even have to make up for the time that we missed. We don't have to spend so much or even borrow or take a loan just to become a full-Bitcoin HODLer. There's no need to reach for the stars right away. It is enough to do things little by little.

Small or big we acquired satoshi I think we are all lucky to be this early on being affiliated to bitcoin. Having more knowledge is essential but experience is also a key to be on this game. Most of the users are simply doing dca and this is good chance for us since the price of bitcoin is tanking. We dont know how long it will stay at that price so we just keep accumulating until the price appreciated and we could sell and gain some sats in a longer period. Bear will not be forever, so lets just be patience. Congrats OP for being proud of your holding.

Or do Bitcoin profile have home address filling the gap that I don't know about? Or you can now trace someone account to their home land?.. This forum is privacy on its own, no vital information that can put users at risk.
It is better to be safe anyway. Who knows, we are prone to fault. Sometimes we put our throwaway social media accounts but then one or two of them are connected to our main one for example, or we forgot to put our e-mail private, or in the worst case scenario there might be a database leak from the forum in the future. Scammers then use the info to send phishing e-mail or hack into our PC because we said we own some BTC, and so on.

Btw congrats OP, may you own 1 BTC soon.

For everyone saying its good to be private how the heck will I look for Ojima-ojo contact and track him to his house? Or do Bitcoin profile have home address filling the gap that I don't know about? Or you can now trace someone account to their home land?.. This forum is privacy on its own, no vital information that can put users at risk.
As long as the User dosnt post his Home adress or contact Information here or somewhere else you cant track him down where he is living and home.
You are only that much Privacy as you show all others and allow others to know ,
In special cases of crime and fraud i guess with the chainalysis software and help from other services its possible to find the IP and more details.

@Ojima-ojo
Congrats for your first Goal in the Cryptospace.

Congratulations to have reached this first milestone!
If I can give you my advice, now try to consolidate the various inputs you have received.
As soon as the mempool has a few TXs to process, send them to a new address of your property to minimize the fees to be paid (likewise just 1 sat/byte).

Find below some information about that...

It is advicable to keep any future accumulations private. How much BTC you own is not something you publicly announce here on the forum, or anywhere else, especially to people who know you personally.
Exactly, it is good to be private.

Another advice would be storage methods. Since you're on the forum, you'll probably know the most recommended wallet softwares are electrum and Bitcoin core. For higher amounts of Bitcoin, it would be wise to invest in a hardware wallet.
For frequent transactions, hardware wallet would be advisable. Or a watch-only wallet (watch-only wallet for tracking transaction, generating unsigned transaction and also for broadcasting signed transaction), and its cold storage (for transaction signing).

For save keeping, also other cold wallets generated on airgapped devices are recommendable. I mean paper wallet generated on airgapped device, and also a wallet on airgapped device. As long as the person is not spending from it. He can just be tracking transactions with watch-only wallet using master public key import.
