No messing around with mnemonic phrases and wallets after that I assume.

There is no way, my friend, everything must be the same type and if the network is different it will be very difficult to process, even if you contact their customer service you will also deal with additional fees which are also large in value for recovery to be returned to you.

The error is not only there, the coin names are also similar and sometimes there are also those who do not read that there is a memo that must be linked before sending. I also lost $8 when I sent one of the coins to sell to an exchange.
You are the people who do not deserve to discuss in this forum. No wonder, you have a neutral feedback about using AI to create posts. It seems all you do here is to just spam aimlessly. OP was already given a solution of which he managed to recover the tokens, but here you are giving wrong information. Style up!

You do not need to deteriorate this thread. BitMaxz has answered OP question perfectly. There is no customer care to contact because the coin is sent to a noncustodial wallet and not an exchange. Only what the OP need is to enable the required network on his wallet and the coin would be seen. Also know that the BSC does not has memo required for any transaction.

How can I recover them?
I have the contract address and all the additional info

Please need some help from your expertise. Thanks

Since the trust wallet is a self-custody wallet, you should be able to recover your USDC sent to the wrong network. If you sent it using the ETH network, then you need to switch from the BNB smart chain to the ETH network.

Look at this image below

Image source: cruxpool.com and a bit edit by BitMaxz. Take note: I'm not promoting this cloud mining site but the image source came from them.

I'll make this simple guide

- Go to the trust TrustWallet app
- Tap the manage Crypto on the tap right corner
- In manage crypto under search type USDC
- It should give a list of USDC in a different network slide right to enable USDC with Ethereum network.

Once it's done, go back to your main wallet, and you should be able to see your USDC in Ethereum network.

Edit:
I noticed that you are in the wrong section. Please move this to Wallet software

Guys, you probably know better than me. I really need a hand with this.

- I had USDC coins on Coinbase.
- I transferred these coins into my Trustwallet
- I sent these coins through ETH network, but I used my USDC’s BNB Smart Chain address to receive them.

How can I recover them?
I have the contract address and all the additional info
