Tokenomy Latest Highlights:

1. Loopring Tokens (LRN) listed on Tokenomy Exchange:

LRN was available for trading from December 20th 2018 at 3PM (GMT+8). Supported Trading Pairs: LRN/BTC. (Read more)



2. Christmas Promotion on Tokenomy Exchange:

Users who participated in the Christmas Promotion between 20–31 December 2018 were entitled to zero trading fees on the Tokenomy Exchange for the following month. (Read more)



3. XCard — Collaboration with Mobilum

From June 2019, Tokenomy-branded crypto payment-cards, virtual cards, and mobile wallets will be developed. Through this partnership, Tokenomy users will be able to make instant payments in any cryptocurrency securely and conveniently. (Read more)



4. TokenMarket Meetup on Market Preparation for STOs in 2019

TokenMarket held its first ever meetup in Singapore on 13 December 2018. Over 100 blockchain, fintech, cryptocurrency enthusiasts and professionals gathered to participate in discussions around how the development of Security Tokens can help revolutionize the securities market.

Afterward, a panel titled ‘The regulatory impacts and effects of conducting STOs’ was held and it analyzed the regulatory and strategic components to successfully run an STO. (Read more)



5. PlayGame Token (PXG) listed on Tokenomy Exchange

As of November 1, PXG tokens have been fully distributed and PXG was listed on Tokenomy Exchange from 3rd January 2019, 3PM (GMT +8). Supported trading pairs: BTC and TEN. (Read more)

Dear Tokenomy User,

Tokenomy confirms the support for the upcoming Ethereum Constantinople Hard Fork. This new version is most likely to be supported by the whole Ethereum community and hence, considered to be a non-contentious hard fork.

Common FAQ:

1. When will this upgrade happen?

The upgrade is set to occur on block 7,080,000, estimated to be between January 14th, 2019 (UTC+8) to January 18th, 2019 (UTC+8).

2. Will I get double ETH for free?

No. This is supported by most of the Ethereum community, hence the old Ethereum chain — which we decided not to support anymore — will cease to have any transactional value.

3. What do I need to do as Tokenomy user?

Nothing. You can still trade as per usual.

We are particularly proud to highlight the following accomplishments:

TokenMarket Meetup on Market Preparation for STOs in 2019

Dear Tokenomy Community,

TokenMarket, a premier digital advisory firm based in Europe and Tokenomy’s joint venture partner in ‘TokenMarket Asia’, held its first ever meetup in Singapore last Thursday evening. Over 100 blockchain, fintech, cryptocurrency enthusiasts and professionals gathered to participate in discussions around how the development of Security Tokens can help revolutionize the securities market.


Lawrence Seah, Tokenomy’s Chief Strategy Officer, started off the evening by addressing the importance of STOs in the overall development of the blockchain industry.

The aforementioned meetup ‘An Introduction to Security Token Offerings’, held at the 80RR FinTech Hub, was aimed at discussing security tokens and how the industry-wide pivot from ICOs to STOs in 2018 could play the decisive role in bringing mainstream financial adoption to digital asset investments.

Lawrence Seah, Tokenomy’s Chief Strategy Officer, kick-started the session with a few comments: “Tokenizing debt, equity or assets such as real estate are capital markets products and the arranging and distributing of such regulated products are currently in the domain of the traditional players — namely investment banks. Any widespread adoption of STOs, such as what we have seen in ICOs could lead to these traditional players deciding to engage.”

“Couple this with the ongoing infrastructure developments in areas such as institutional grade custody solutions, asset management and listed derivatives in crypto, this will lead to more mainstreaming of digital currencies and assets.”

Ryan Hanley, Vice President of Business Development of TokenMarket, led the main session as the speaker and later, the panel moderator. According to Mr. Hanley, whilst the STOs are still nascent, there are ongoing developments behind the scenes, especially in the infrastructure required.

Mr. Hanley added: “However, the benefits of tokenization are clear and achievable such as buyer protection, increased transparency, cost efficiency, and simplified shareholder management.”

We were honored by the presence of four distinguished panelists in the last segment of the event — the panel titled ‘The regulatory impacts and effects of conducting STOs’. The panel analyzed the regulatory and strategic components to successfully run an STO.

About Loopring

Loopring is a protocol for building decentralised exchanges through the use of smart contracts and a collection of open-sourced software. [TOKENOMY EXCHANGE] Affiliate Program changes for Tokenomy Launchpad

Over the past months, Tokenomy Team has been working on revamping Tokenomy’s Affiliate Program to enhance user experience.
To do so, slight changes have been made to Tokenomy Launchpad’s Affiliate Program!

The changes are:

1. General Launchpad Affiliate Link will no longer exist

2. (updated on Dec 12th) The Affiliate Exchange Program only applies to Tokenomy Exchange and will not affect the Launchpad Affiliate Program

3. Every project on Tokenomy Launchpad will now be assigned an individual Affiliate Link. This means the upgraded program now only allows you to refer friends onto Tokenomy Launchpad by projects. This is to ensure that referrals are streamlined!
To retrieve the project’s affiliate link, log in to your Tokenomy account and Click on “My Profile”, “Affiliate Program” and then Affiliate Launchpad. Search for the project of your interest e.g. LYFE in order to generate the Affiliate URL (see below).

About MKR and DAI
DAI is a stable, decentralized currency that is built on smart contracts on the Ethereum network. To maintain the stability of DAI’s value against the USD, MakerDAO – the organization responsible for generating and regulating DAI’s circulation – uses a CDP (Collateralized Debt Position) mechanism, utilized by MKR token. MKR’s token supply will be adjusted in accordance with DAI’s fluctuation so that DAI’s value can equal to, or be as close as possible to the USD’s value. The community of MKR token holders also have the special right to govern the Maker Protocol, the smart contracts that power DAI.

How to Get IDK and Deposit to TokenomyX



Hello traders, did you know what is IDK?

IDK is a stablecoin pegged 1:1,000 IDR (Indonesian Rupiah), and is built on the Ethereum Network according to the ERC20 token standard. IDK seeks to drive the adoption of the digital asset in Indonesia, the largest economy in Southeast Asia. For every 1,000 Rupiah that is deposited into the IDK Foundation’s appointed custodian, 1 IDK will be issued. For every 1,000 Rupiah that is withdrawn from the IDK Foundation’s appointed custodian, 1 IDK will be taken out from the circulation.

How to get IDK?

To buy IDK using rupiah, log in to exchange.tokenomy.com, go to your IDK Wallet, and choose Buy IDK. You can also deposit your IDK to x.tokenomy.com from your balance on Tokenomy Exchange. For detailed instructions with illustration, watch the following video for your reference.

2. Each trade’s notional and spread

As an example, “A” is a new user referred by Jonathan. In this scenario:

1. When A deposits amount X and has traded more than 30X in notional positions accumulatively, Jonathan receives 0.7% of the deposit value.
2. When A makes a trade, Jonathan receives 10% of the bid/offer spread multiplied by the trade position notional




For example, A deposits $2,000 into his account. If A trades accumulatively $60,000 worth of positions (which can be easily achieved through leverage), Jonathan receives 0.7% * $2,000 = $14. At the same time, this $60,000 generates a total of $120,000 volume (through opening and closing of each position). Assuming the average spread is 0.07%, Jonathan receives 10% * 0.07% * $120,000 = $8.4. In total, Jonathan makes $22.4 in referral fees!

Assuming A has an additional downline, B, Jonathan will also receive referral bonuses from positions executed by B, although at a smaller percentage which will be 0.2% of the position value plus an additional 4% of the bid-offer on each trade.

Jonathan will be able to receive bonuses for up to three downlines.

The structure is as shown below:

• Tier 1: 0.7% + 10%
• Tier 2: 0.2% + 4%
• Tier 3: 0.1% + 1%

Delisting of Trading Pairs



Dear Tokenomy users,
As part of Tokenomy’s continuous effort to provide a robust trading environment, the Tokenomy team constantly conducts a comprehensive and periodic review of each trading pairs listed on our platform. This is to ensure that we are able to cater to the demands of the market and our community. As such, on the 11th of March 2020, at 3 PM (GMT +8) we will be delisting several trading pairs until further notice.

Members should close any existing orders of the affected pairs on our platform. Any open orders during the delisting period will be closed automatically by the system. Your assets will then be credited back to the respective wallets in your Tokenomy account.

2020 Tokenomy Indodax Cryptocurrency Investor Survey



Tokenomy, in collaboration with INDODAX, NUS Fintech Lab, NGC Ventures, and LongHash, has published the 2020 INDODAX Cryptocurrency Investor Survey. The report focuses on cryptocurrency sentiments amongst existing users in INDODAX, the largest cryptocurrency exchange operating in Indonesia with over 1.8 million users. It provides insights on investor habits and preferences, with a total of 35,291 results analysed.

Cryptocurrency interest has been increasing in Indonesia, long painted as an attractive market for fintech expansion with one of the largest online markets worldwide and a high unbanked population. Existing surveys suggest high cryptocurrency literacy in Indonesia. A 2017 DailySocialID study found that 78.1% of surveyed Indonesians know of Bitcoin and 49.9% know of other cryptocurrencies besides Bitcoin. One in three Indonesians are interested in owning virtual currency, and the country has introduced regulatory clarity regarding cryptocurrencies and futures trading.

The report analyses investor demographics and behaviour, including investment philosophy, asset preferences and subject knowledge. It includes a collaborative effort between the research arm of Tokenomy, the marketing team of INDODAX, and leading experts in financial technology.

[TOKENOMY EXCHANGE] Delisting of Trading Pairs



Dear Tokenomy users,

As part of Tokenomy’s continuous effort to provide a robust trading environment, the Tokenomy team conducts comprehensive and periodic reviews of each digital asset listed on our platform to ensure that we cater to the demands of the market and our community. As such, we are announcing that on 29th of November 2019, at 3 PM (GMT +8) we will be delisting several tokens and trading pairs until further notice.

Below indicates the affected tokens and trading pairs:



Members should cancel any existing orders of the affected pairs on our platform. Any open orders during the delisting period will be cancelled by the system, your assets will then be credited back to the respective wallets in your Tokenomy account.

Wallet and withdrawals functions of these tokens will continue to be supported until 13th of December 2019, 3 PM (GMT +8).

We remain committed to providing the best possible trading experience to our members, and will continue to periodically review all listed tokens on Tokenomy Exchange.

SWIPE has recently announced their partnership with Binance and the migration to the Binance Chain ecosystem. This migration to Binance Chain’s BEP-2 standard has been completed on Tokenomy Exchange on 11 October 2019. All deposit and withdrawal functions have since reopened.

Last month, the Tokenomy Team, along with our friends from Indodax, Lyfe, and Honest Mining, held a Roadshow, where we got together and talked about Blockchain and its implementation.

Over the span of 2 weeks, we visited 7 Indonesian cities — Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Semarang, Magelang, Jogjakarta, and Bali, where our event was attended by people of various ages and backgrounds — from professional traders and Blockchain enthusiasts to university students, and even people who are completely unfamiliar with Blockchain technology!

During this event, we explained the basics of Blockchain technology and discussed its significance in shaping the future, and introduced Tokenomy and its updated stage. We had honoured speakers such as Indra Darmawan, CEO of Lyfe, Vincentia Olga, the Tokenomy Marketing Manager, Lawrence Samantha, CEO of Honest Mining, as well as Nidya Rahmanita, Indodax Business Development Manager. The CEO of Vexanium, Danny Baskara, also joined us as a guest speaker during our stop in Bandung.
