Im also  partner of the their referral program but still i didn't feel its scam

That is exactly the definition of a scam. The purpose of a scam is to last as long as possible undetected, and unloading its shit when it gets exposed.

Have you receive any amount through their their referral program?

I am asking this because they haven't paid their bounty hunters that work hard to promote the project during its ICO stage,
I hope you can look at that as well and evaluate it, I'm sure you'll change your mind.

Proofs that WEG Bank and TokenPay are scams and shady as f**k. Poor ico investors

Proofs that weg bank is a SCAM as nimiq as well.

https://i.imgur.com/h7IRGwg.png

Interesting.

"WEG Bank was founded in 2015 and is the second bank started b CEO Matthias von Hauff. It focuses on the real estate renovation and modernization projects market. According to the press release, the baank plans to create a new division which will not disrupt the current one"

TokenPay is a total scam.
WEG Bank the paper bank is a scam
Nimiq is a scam as well.

Allow me to introduce myself. I am Horsebox and my team is currently investigating tokenpays activities. We have a telegram group where you can join and share some information. You’re suspicions are spot on btw. Here is the tekegram  link to our group. https://t.me/joinchat/LeCS6kZeIErWci4M4zsjSA

We have Lots of hard facts about the unethical practices of this coin.

Thank you

I believe TokenPay should be reported to SEC. Not only it is using unethical practices, but it also scammed American ICO investors and bounty hunters as well for 1 million dollars
Their only big violation if the scam is proven is against the investors, I don't think bounty hunters would get anything since there was no valid contract when they work, bounty hunting is not legal nor illegal, it's only based on the words of the developers and if they will not follow their words, they would not be liable for such breach of promise.

Seriously. You must be joking. They literally scammed the shit of thousands of hopeful bounty hunters of over 1 million dollars in total. After you scam bounty hunters for such a large sum, you should expect serious reprisals from the people you scammed.

TokenPay is a SCAM. Here are the facts:

1. ICO. TokenPay was launched as an ICO, so they were interested in order to get the money from fooled backers
2. POSv3 Fork. The tokenpay "great technology" was done in 5 minutes by forking a Bitcoin POSV3 blockchain. It took them literally 5 minutes to fork the code and change a few parameters to rename the coin and change the block time.
3. Fake information on their website. They promote their coin as being a secured coin and anonymous while the platform is a total scam.  "Introducing the world’s most secure coin and payment platform". That is totally fake because tokenpay is a Bitcoin fork... namely, a POSv3 fork with just a few parameters changed
4. Fake partnerships. WEG Bank is a fake partnership announced almost 1 year ago. The "great" partnership with the WEG Bank (verbal in may 2018, officialized in september 2018)  failed to produce any service or product online for crypto and banks. More, WEG Bank is considered by many people (including me) as a scam. WEG Bank is just a paper bank company that doesn't operate or have any working product or service. I discussed more on this thread. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5116099.20
5. TokenPay scammed 1 MILLION DOLLARS FROM BOUNTY AND REFERRAL PROGRAM. Hundreds of people were scammed by TokenPay of one million dollars stealing their bounties. Check this thread some the facts  https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-tokenpay-scammed-1-million-from-bounty-and-referral-program-2400499
6. No github activity. The github repository was and literally DEAD. They never added any kind of improvements to their POSv3 fork
7. They announced many things (like the deal with WEG Bank), but yet they failed to launch any prototype or demo of a separate product or service.
8. They prepare a new ICO for a "decentralized exchange". YUP. You heard right. They are preparing for a new ICO to raise funds.

Many other things. I will add them later.

Them not paying bounty hunters is not good at all. If they have done it, its not going to be surprising if they do it to all including the investors who trustingly send coins to them.

The amount of evidence on www.tokenpayexposed.com is overwhelming. They should be reported to SEC for encouraging US users to participate in the token sale.

Indeed. I do believe SEC should be working to bust these TokenPay scammers

I think only U.S. citizens (or ICO participants) can file an official complaint.

Anyone can file a complaint: https://www.sec.gov/tcr

You'll need to provide your identity when filing a complaint so that is something to keep in mind.

I did not bother to research on project deeper, but this problem below has remained unsolved until now.

Quote
TokenPay scammed 1 MILLION DOLLARS FROM BOUNTY AND REFERRAL PROGRAM.

Once they scammed the bounty hunters, they no longer have a good reputation in the market.
That's a shame, they help you promote the project and you don't pay them.

Maybe next time, you should listen before you spread shit on the bitcointalk forum. THX

TokenPay did not pay even a single participant of their bounty campaign claiming the manager was a scammer but that made the bounty participants also scammers because they just did not want to pay. Their investors trusted them a lot bragging about the project but this is what it has turned out to be.

Indeed. There is a long thread on bitcointalk exposing token pay as scam for not paying the bounty participants. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-tokenpay-scammed-1-million-from-bounty-and-referral-program-2400499

Here is a video of Derek Capo saying that US investors were allowed in the token sale: https://twitter.com/Horsebox_1/status/1117955111219867648?s=19

Good finding! SEC must bust this Derek for doing an unregulated ICO for American citizens... My question is why SEC is not taking this crap down? My only guess is that they are still small players.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I have provided evidence. There is something seriously fishy about them covering up their token sale. I might have to clarify on my "The only people that are defending TokenPay....." statement; I meant people who are actively defending any accusation being made against Tokenpay on Twitter etc. I'm not calling you a bagholder or anything.

No you're right, you did post evidence, twice, and I appreciate it. And you are correct: there is something fishy going on. I think they are trying to distance themselves from the term "ICO" in order to avoid special attention from the SEC, hence their backtracking and deletion of references to ICO. It looks like they never actually called what they were doing an ICO, but that doesn't mean it wasn't an ICO.

Oh my f***ing God. You are fucking genious. I never thought looking for the web archive to see ICOs endless promising. Is token  pay still promising the "most secure and anonymous coin" out there? I don't think they even implemented RingCT or forked it from monero. It is clear that token pay is a fucking joke and everybody should know that the project was an ICO scam that is still scamming newcomers.

LOL you forgot to log back into one of your "nimiq" name accounts.

This is another FUDpuppet that used to post exclusively in the Nimiq thread. Let's see how many more come out the woodwork.

They are straight up lying. They have deleted all ICO related posts. The only people that are defending TokenPay are the ones that bought their tokens at ATH, hoping they can sell their bag some day without losing a ton of money (AKA TPAY soldiers).

That's bullshit.

I don't defend coins because I hold them. You're missing out on the fact that this threads 2 most vocal shitslingers have the word "nimiq" in their name. Take a look at their post histories. They are trying tangentially smear another project that has a deal with WEG bank called Nimiq. FWIW I'm not claiming that any of these 3 projects are not a scam, they very well could be, I just ask that people provide evidence to substantiate their claims.

You can believe whatever you want but I don't hold any TPAY.

Indeed. They always lie hiding facts about the TokenPay ICO. They sold tokens to the people but in the same time they premined 90% of coins. It is a fucking scam and people don't want to admit this. My question is why? The only reason is that they either have coins or have different agendas (paid shillers, etc.)

coin supply right now is 20 million. so it means that they premined 92.5% of existing coins right now.. By using POS, they mine even more. The richer get even richer! SIMPLE AS THAT. USE YOUR FUCKING BRAIN TO CONNECT THE DOT. you see like a scammer most likely promoting scams and shitcoins on bitcointalk as being legitimate businesses

All of your rabid ramblings have thus fair failed to present 1 piece of evidence that this project is a scam. Pointing to the coin's premine (publicly available information the entire time) does not make it a scam. Its a company. They are allowed to do what they want, just as investors are allowed to do what they want.

Crying SCAM over and over about anything without providing the smallest shred of tangible evidence as to why its a scam is stupid. Nobody believes you. Nobody is taking you seriously without evidence. Now try again, or just give up.

dude you should shot yourself of how stupid you are. tokenpay has a premine of 80% sent to one WALLET! bitcoin was 0.0001% premined. I see a difference betwen 80% to 0.0001%. do you see the difference

proof that tokenpay was 80% premined https://explorer.tpay.ai/tx/d360f6f0d0005480d3c02b08b63d8c18bddce2504d1a1f5f7dd098efe21773ec

18,750,000 coins from 20 million coin supply. PREMINED!!!!!!!!!!!!

The total supply is 25 million, but that's besides the point. TokenPay is a business and bitcoin is not. Its founders can do whatever the hell they want, and people can choose to invest in it or not. Obviously this information isn't a "secret" and you providing it here isn't "uncovering" anything. You're just fudding.

Like Nimiq or WEG, I really don't give a shit about the project. Its just annoying to see people like you create a flood of accounts for the sole purpose of spamming the forum.

good finding. i started t ofollow your ports nimiqshitcoin. you look like a person with great knowledge about all these scam coins out here. i  started digging about this scam named tokenpay. thankfully i didn't invest into this scam coin.

TokenPay was 80% premined. they premined 18,750,000 coins from 20 million coin supply  https://www.advfn.com/crypto/TokenPay-TPAY/fundamentals

proof that tokenpay was 80% premined https://explorer.tpay.ai/tx/d360f6f0d0005480d3c02b08b63d8c18bddce2504d1a1f5f7dd098efe21773ec

first transaction on blockchain - premined.

scam coin!

This project may or may not be a scam but having a "premine" does not necessarily make a coin a scam. There's shitloads of coins with a premine. Even bitcoin had a 50 BTC "premine." You are attacking this coin because it is connected to a bank that is connected to another coin you are fudding the shit out of. Like with your other thread about WEG, you're not providing anything substantial. Just throwing shit around. If you didn't notice, you haven't exactly accomplished much. The price of NIM has only gone up since you started your FUD campaign.

BTW, quit talking to yourself. Its ridiculous.

dude you should shot yourself of how stupid you are. tokenpay has a premine of 80% sent to one WALLET! bitcoin was 0.0001% premined. I see a difference betwen 80% to 0.0001%. do you see the difference

proof that tokenpay was 80% premined https://explorer.tpay.ai/tx/d360f6f0d0005480d3c02b08b63d8c18bddce2504d1a1f5f7dd098efe21773ec

Do you have any proof with image?

I do have proofs. Github account has no activity. Not even 1 single in the last 10 months. https://github.com/tokenpay

TokenPay is also a POSv3 fork, so the entire source code was copy and pasted creating a new project. They just did a website and some marketing with bounty hunters to promote the shitcoin. If you want to read more information about their fake bank partnership with WEG Bank, and the ICO WEG Bank AG is pursuing with Agora Trade to launch a new ICO, check this thread out. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5116099.20 Even the CEO of WEG Bank posted on the thread without giving any answer. The only tried to bribe me buying me two ways airplane ticket to fly to Germany and stay a few days in a luxurious hotel in order to keep my mouth shut up. Read the thread !! Proof  with WEG bank bribe https://i.imgur.com/p2yIqqr.png written by its CEO

Do they have an official thread here, please add it so we can check if all your allegations are correct, they have a bounty campaign and many people are participating, some of my friends are also participating in this campaign and that's bad news for them, looking forward to you to add more information.
