I usually prefer coin in situation like this, but also some tokens can be a good investment for medium or long term.

Which one would be the best to invest during red market. I love to spread my investment into two few parts and choose few best tokens with best projects and tokens. This would assist you to either gain a profit from one of the tokens or coins if one coin misses to grow up. What would you pick, tokens or coins?
I'd prefer coins than token, since it is already established rather than the token which is somehow vulnerable to any scam in the process and would end up useless in a long time.
There are lots of coins that are already useful to us while some of them are being abuse repeatedly like ETH itself.
Why not choose what's on the menu, rather than that never has in the menu yet?

My choice will depend on their technology because whether you invest on coins or tokens if its not a good technology its useless your money will gone later on. There's a lot of good tokens in the market, that can make big money for you so if you are planning to buy then better to make some research about it. Coins like btc and eth is the top choice of everyone.

The crypto platform token and coins both have same value because already listed in market so we should expect the long live depends on demand of the projects. The current situation coins is more stable in market and peoples are believe the coins not a token so coins are more demand in crypto market.

What do you mean same value? Its doesn't depends on the demands of the project, they should have real usage in the first place. If tokens doesn't have any usage at all then it will died down, just like the rest of them (80%-90%). While Bitcoin or Ethereum will continue to exist despite of the demands slowing down. So its better to invest on coins rather than a token whose life span  is less than 2 years.

Tokens don't really have a long history on the market, so it's hard to say if they're a good investment--and I would add that you can't even say that any crypto is safe or is going to make you money, since bitcoin itself isn't even 10 years old and is extremely volatile.

My opinion is that most of these tokens aren't going to be worth much in a few years.  A lot of the ICOs I've seen don't seem to be adding much in the way of usefulness or long-term value--but I certainly could be wrong.  I'm not a blockchain expert or a tech nerd, but because of that I don't see crypto as emotionally as some people do.  What I see is that project devs often try to crowbar blockchain solutions to problems that either don't exist or won't benefit from it.

We'll see in about 10 years whether my suspicions are justified, but I'd say that if you're looking to invest in either coins or tokens, go with coins--bitcoin in particular.

I agree, nobody can beat the power of bitcoin so far. Better invest on what you know will really last in crypto. Tokens tend to be short-lived. Most of them are just pump and dump ones. Very rare has long lifespan and can sustain the market.

The best to buy during tje red market is the coins because we know coins can pump fastly and many coins are potential than the token. But they some token who are good to invesy too but you need to choose wisely because most of the token now in the market is not worth it to invest. Depends to the token and to the altcoins.

I will also prefer to pick coins over tokens because the former has its own blockchain up and running and have a longer history than the latter. Also, most of the tokens are useless especially those made by devs only to gather some money for themselves making investment risk higher than when one holds coins. For now, I'd say that tokens are also nice to have but do not put much hope into it. Just hold it short term.

Well because 90% of tokens ended up in being unsuccessful or just a scam I prefer going with coins all the way and preferably bitcoin will be the number one on your list to invest with, And in my opinion if you are still want to have tokens because there are still probably good ICO that you don't want to miss then go with Airdrops, Or bounty so you would not end in investing through them just to be safe, I appear to have collected many Tokens so far and will wait in the future if some till have value or not.
