Old school scam

How it works

1. Book your stay at hotels.com or expedia.com, make sure you pay upfront. The booking must be refundable. 🏨

2. Contact us @TokyotelRefunds on telegram and provide us with the details we require. 📥

3. We will complete your hotel refund (65-85% off), within 7 days (usually within 24 hours). ✅

4. You pay us the fee of the total amount refunded and keep the rest. (See new pricing structure with fees from just 30%) 💷

Fee Structure

Booking from $/£/€ 500-999 - 40%
Booking from $/£/€ 1000-1500 - 35%
Booking from $/£/€ 1500+ - 30%

Terms of Service

◉ Booking information must be sent at least seven days before check-in (if later the fee will be increased)
◉ You must book free cancellation (refundable) and pay upfront
◉ Minimum booking amounts are $500/£350/€400
◉ The 30% service fee must be paid within 12 hours of refund confirmation, if it is not then the booking will be cancelled by us
◉ The actual percentage refunded is decided by us and us only, however, we aim to refund as much as possible
◉ We will require access to the hotel booking account
◉ Using a middle man is welcomed (fee must be paid by you)

At the moment we have the best success on hotels.com and expedia.com.

What is the success rate on refunds?
We have a 95% success rate on all refund attempts we have carried out.

How much of a refund do I get?
We aim to refund as much as possible, but you can expect between 65-85% back.

How long will the refund take?
Refunds are more often than not completed after first point of contact (within 24 hours), however, in some cases we may be required to contact the booking website numerous times.
We aim to complete all refunds within 4 days.

When do I get my refund?
Refunds are initiated after we complete our process, so before the booking takes place. A lot of customers are confused and assume it happens after, but that is not the case.

Don't the hotel know I've refunded them and not let me stay?
No, the hotel don't initiate the refund, they don't even know you've been refunded.
