Tone Vays is one of the few people I follow for market analysis, even tho im generally skeptical about technical analysis, he seems like one of the most level headed people and red pilled about the never ending scams in the cryptoworld, the big blocker agenda etc.
The first step to overcoming confirmation bias is admitting you suffer from it. Maybe try opening up to some new ideas and some new people. Consider a wide range of viewpoints and form your own opinion, rather than just seeking out those who reinforce your existing beliefs.
