Competition is always good for the market so that there will always be choice around for people to explore. Just one platform may not be good in the long run as it can stifle creativity and innovations. Satoshi Nakamoto has never envisioned Bitcoin to monopolize the whole market and I am sure he was then thinking that Bitcoin will be playing as the catalyst for more people to pick up cryptocurrency to different levels offering people many ways to be a part of the cryptocurrency ecosystem. Although we have to admit that just any other industry there will be people who are here just for the money and they can offering some craps or shitcoins as they say and this is the segment of the market we should just ignore.
