There are too many ICOs these days. How many of them are getting to exchanges and how soon?

wondering how exchanges are catching up with real cryptos (excluding SCAMs)
Depending on Devs or owners of the coin if they would pursue to add up their coins on an exchange. Most ICO do end up on having listed on exchanges but only on smaller ones and its rare to see that a project being listed directly on big exchangers like Polo and Bittrex. Exchanges dont have anything to do on those Scam coins and even its listed on exchanges it doesnt mean that it wont scam you.

The Experience Layer of the Decentralized Internet
despite some people try to advertise the personal signature  Roll Eyes investing in a ICO is a big risk. because you can't ever know if the project could be profitable in the long term. and even if this could be profitable... you are use a token related to eth related principally to btc price.
So this is really a "derivate" with and high grade of ROI but also an high risk of ... FAIL!

When investing in an ICO its important that you check out their team and the kind of community the ICO brings with it. Most ICO's are a way of looting users of their money. There are few ICO's that look prominent in terms of value and also should get listed with many popular exchanges without much hassle. One such ICO is Blackmooncrypto aka BMC.

BMC aims to attract fund managers who can bring traditional institutional money in the crypto. BMC uses Etherium framework to utilize smart contracts for this purpose. Fund managers need tokens to register them on the platform. So the question now is that what is the token for? We can think of blackmooncrypto as a software system that is going to be marketed to investment fund managers and the benefit to the investment fund managers is that once their fund goes live on the platform they will get exposure to the entire population of blackmoon users who are looking to invest their money. ANd that is not to mention that using the blackmoon crypto platform means that you have effectively cut your information technology and legal infrastructure costs to ZERO. This will low the barriers to entry and should increase competition and would lead to ultimately a higher quality service for the fund managers.

Check their website of telegram if you have any questions.

When ICO period is over they start being accepted by exchanges, the most common ones are cryptopia and novaexchange, if they are really bad or just scams they will probably not get listed by any exchange.  Anyway you should be very careful when investing in icos.

I thought i was only person that noticed this. investors need to do some rigorous background check before putting money on any ICO

A lot of ICO's never get on any relevant exchanges. That is the worst case scenario for someone that invests in an ICO. If the token you are holding always stays in one of these tiny irrelevant altcoin exchanges with no liquidity you are pretty much fucked.

If you want your coin to pump, you got to get it on the big exchanges, it is what it is.

Yes, I have noticed it myself, ICOs seems to be just money party happenings Cheesy

Most of ICOs will be listed on exchanges after finising ICOs. However, you need to determine which exchanges are good and which are not. HITbtc always lists ICOs coins right after ICOs but this exchange is not good at all. There are many shady behaviors in this exchange and owners refuse to solve these problems.  I believe that ICO at least need to be listed on liqui

SPIN ICO starts November 7, 2017
This is quite simple. When big crypto funds are investing in ICOs that are worth according to their opinion, they start to promote these tokens on different exchanges as soon as possible to get the profit from this listing.
