First and foremost brilliant work Rouse, it's always good to see you giving back to the community with the website and all the help you provide.
I agree on all 10 of those points and exactly in that order too.
Mobile app is a trick missed for the last 12 months I believe and I am glad it is finally coming this year. The only time I turn my pc on is to do some Photoshop and attempted coding.
Next is paid resharing, this will sort out most of the content reliability too. Making nano amounts from seeding the content will bring a whole new purpose to lbry.

I'm totally in favor of the 10 things you've pointed out. Of them, paid seeding would increase both participation and usability of the library as intended.
