USDT omitted because there is strong evidence to suggest money supply is bigger than what is listed, which suggests some entity (likely Bitfinex) is printing their own USDT. Stand by all those, especially GameCredits. Stellar is questionable but they've got a big partnership with IBM (could be a similar company) which suggests it has a real mission.

I'm unsure what it's potential value could be, but it does show a lot of promise as essentially the only project implementing an asset layer on top of Bitcoin. For individuals who feel everything crypto can and should be done on Bitcoin, CounterParty serves as the alternative to Ethereum. There is a very large crowd supporting this ideology.
