Nice list of wallets would be great if additional information will be added in the future since monthly visitors doesn't say anything about the quality and possibilities of a wallet. Number 30 coinomi is also available in the Apple AppStore https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/coinomi-wallet/id1333588809.

Thank you very much! Great idea to create such a ranking list of wallets.Filtering platform is convenient, I think it will be useful to keep in bookmarks:)

No... they're not. They are effectively two separate projects. They just happen to share the same codebase (up until MyCrypto forked away).

Saying they're the same thing is like saying BTC = BCH Tongue

I assumed they are the same thing because of this post. I thought they were just re-branding because they were going to build other products as well.

EDIT: I misread that, my bad.

MyCrypto = Myetherwallet so listing it two times is kinda useless, better sum up the monthly visitors.

Add an indicator/icon (and a filter) that shows whether a service has access to your private-keys/store your keys online or not.

E.g: Only you have access to your keys with Electrum, while you don't have access to anything with Coinbase and your encrypted keys are stored online with Blockchain.info;

Crypto Swap Exchange
Great list (bookmarked).

Tell me what do you think. And what wallets I forgot.
This wallet (introduced recently, still on beta): BitCrate

Few more suggestions:

1. Add the ability to sort everything based on the year they were created.
2. For wallets with multi-platform support, add each of the download/page links to their respective icons (those located under the wallet names).

Hi friends!

I added the new section to Bitgur.com. It is Cryptocurrency wallets ranking. There are two metrics now. Site monthly visits and Android installations amount.

You can filter wallets by coin or by platform. Metrics will update monthly.

Thank you for your attention. I hope this ranking will be useful. Tell me what do you think. And what wallets I forgot.

Nice collection of wallets and good info for each one, everything looks very good and clear with direct links for download, and this is very good thing these days when phishing sites and fake wallets are everywhere.I agree with OmegaStarScream regarding exchanges/online wallets,no control of private keys means user not control their coins completely.

Regarding what's missing on your list,as far as I can see there is no hardware wallet https://www.keepkey.com/ , and Nano wallet https://nano.org/en

I like the idea and the simplicity of the page as well. However, I suggest removing exchanges from the list, an exchange shouldn't be treated as a wallet unless they give you access to your private keys, this applies to CoinsBank, Coinbase, Wirex, Bitpanda etc.

MyCrypto = Myetherwallet so listing it two times is kinda useless, better sum up the monthly visitors.
