I also see people mention bluewallet, but I still like Electrum, so I have no intention of using another wallet, and I am still waiting for the day they release an iOS version (although that possibility is unlikely).  Grin Grin . For now, I'm fine with Electrum on my computer, but anyway thanks for suggesting me the bluewallet wallet for iOS, I'll try it out in the near future. And on the contrary, I like the simplicity of Electrum, the interface is both simple and user-friendly, I don't like the fussy and complicated like other wallets.

Bluewallett is an excellent mobile wallet, until recently it also had custodial management of the LN part, now not anymore.  But onchain is very complete and there are many features.

Instead I will give you advice keep an eye on this portfolio because it seems to me that they are doing a good job.

Most of the advice voted Electrum wallet and I also somewhat agree that Electrum wallet is the best hot wallet. But if you use iPhone, it can't be used because so far, it doesn't have any version for IOS, including the beta version. That is its only limitation. In my opinion, as long as you use an open source, non-custodial wallet, it's a good wallet. Depending on the preferences of each person, we will use different wallets, Electrum is good but not everyone uses it.
You can use bluewallet for iOS, it's as good as Electrum.

Electrum not gain a lot attention because they're not making profit from creating this wallet, so they're don't have money for marketing. Unlike trustwallet or any wallet that making money from other service e.g. exchange, staking, product etc.

Moreover Electrum has a bad UI unlike other wallets which have a slick and modern design, but that's not a matter for people who're focus about the security.

if you mean wallet brands, you can refer to this site:  https://money.com/best-crypto-wallets/
I do use so far only bitcoin.org's choose-your-wallet to test new wallets (https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet). I guess we can find different list of crypto wallets from anywhere but we need to be conscious about the legit links always.

And you are also referring to Coinbase or Blockchain.com wallets, they are custodial wallets, and you should stay away from them in the first place.
I understand that they are simply listing the wallet names used before and not exact recommended list of different wallets.

Admittedly, Trust wallet has a user-friendly interface that is especially suitable for newbies. But it's really not completely secure and it's weird that you already know that and still use it. I don't know what you are using Trust Wallet to store, but it is also your property, you must be responsible for it even a small amount.
Trust wallet is close source, not open source. They were acquired by Binance years ago and I am sure under Binance, they will not change Trust wallet from close source to open source.

If you are a fan of open source wallet, security wise, you will not choose Trust wallet because many open source wallets you can choose.

Do you mean hot or wallets that are at the top? Maybe this site: https://bitinfocharts.com/top-100-richest-bitcoin-addresses.html can help you for that matter.
Bitinfocharts classify wallet addresses as cold, hot wallets, tag addresses with exchange labels but it is reference and you can not simply base on their tags to know what address belongs to.

In addition, by only tags, you can not know what wallet is used by owner to store bitcoin in that wallet address.

Credits to the owners of those links and also to Google for finding them.

As of now, I'm only using Trustwallet. I know there are better wallets than it, but I find this one interesting. I like its simple interface and the wallet is also easy to use. It was non-costudial although some says its semi centralized but it's fine since I'm only storing a few cryptos on here and I don't really HODL a crypto for a long time. Before it, I have tried different wallets, including Myetherwallet, Blockchain.com, Coinomi, Electrum, Coinbase and the recent one is Metamask. It was a nice experience though. You can also check all or some of them and see if you develop any likings.

I have used only few wallets in the crypto ecosystem and all Electrum is the best but the high transaction fee rate is one of the things that is trying to discourage me.
BTC tx fees has nothing to do with Electrum wallet, the wallet doesn't fix the fee that you pay. The size of your transaction and the congestion of the network is what determines how many sats you are going to pay in fees. What Electrum wallet allows you to do is to customize the fee on desktop, and on mobile you can use the fee slider to choose your fee rate, but you have to check the mempool first to know the fee rate that is best for your transaction to be confirmed.

I don't usually adjust fees every time I trade, but I think you're right in saying that Electrum has the functionality to customize transaction fees to suit us. While transaction fees are largely dependent on the bitcoin network and vary depending on network congestion, but I think each wallet will have different fees, so it is not surprising that many people find Electrum to have higher fees than others.
Regarding the best hot wallet, I also vote for Electrum, it is really a hot wallet worth using for both new and old investors.

lastly electrum wallet is a multisig bitcoin wallet
Electrum is not a multi-sig BTC wallet, but you can create a multi-sig wallet on Electrum, just the same way you can create a standard single-sig wallet or a wallet with 2FA on Electrum.

Good evening,
Which hot wallets are top in your opinion?

For the device you are using you can do with electrum they have the PC for windows and other operating systems and also they have an application you can use this can serve as a convenient to you but of course more secured within the use of the PC and have an additional layer of security such as the anti-virus, if you have a budget ideal to use a cold wallet so you don't need to worry about too much. Trezor or Ledger for your future reference.

Search of legitimate bitcoin mining companies can be a really hard, as there are many scams in the industry. However, you can research the company's reputation and user reviews. Look for reviews and feedback from other users and check the company's background and history. Don't forget to look for a company that is transparent about their mining operations and fees. hope it will help. By the way I use ECOS for crypto investment, because they have all this information and after a few years I really trust them. You can check all conditions on its website and compare with others. By the way, you will get FREE MINING CONTRACT for 1 month, if you register via link: -removed
the thread is about Top bitcoin wallets and not mining companies, no one is talking about mining companies here. looking at your post and your post history, it looks like you are spamming ecos cloud mining which I am pretty sure will most likely turn out as a scam. aside from spamming a most likely scam site, you are also spamming a referral code which is against the forum rules.

Coinomi is probably my favorite.  Ballet is also a solid wallet (it's both a hardware/hotwallet blend sort of). Electrum of course.
Even though Coinomi is a wonderful wallet, I wouldn't suggest a newbie to use it because of how complicated it seems to be. This is because even when you import your private keys into it, it produces its own form of bitcoin and ethereum addresses for you. Electrum will continue to be the best wallet, due to its security and user-friendliness it is.
See the best wall for newbies to start set and start up bitcoin investment is Electrum wallet. But wait oh, this one, everyone is calling and recommending Electrum all the time, Electrum work or use only bitcoin, I have not seen another cryptocurrencies that can be stored in Electrum wallet so probably it only meant for bitcoin and not for other coins. I have not used Coinomi so I can not say anything about it, I have used only few wallets in the crypto ecosystem and all Electrum is the best but the high transaction fee rate is one of the things that is trying to discourage me.

I switched to an old laptop running Linux and integrated Electrum to store my bitcoins. Of course, it's always offline and just for storage, I find it more secure than hardware wallets.

Regarding the best hot wallet, I only trust Electrum.
Air gapped devices are better than wallets that are stored in a device which we connect with internet more often but it doesn't rule of the risks completely cause even are airgapped devices are offline most of the time, they can still be vulnerable when connected to the internet for updates or other purposes. Or the device itself can get corrupted which is very common with ageing of any electronics such as SSD, HDD then the recovery of the wallets will become impossible unless the keys are stored in different place.

I only use that computer for the sole purpose of storing my bitcoins, not for anything else, and it stays offline most of the time.

Nothing is perfect and as long as we always have a backup plan, there is nothing to worry about. I've also taken into account the lifespan of tech gadgets, and I wouldn't be stupid enough to save the entire seed phrase to the computer. For email passwords, seed phrases, bank logins, most important data, I write them all down in a notebook and keep them in a safe place. It can be said that it takes me a long time every time I need to log in or access any account, but I feel safe with it.

If you're to choose a most preferred cold storage for your bitcoin, choose electrum wallet over coinomi, coinomi is not that bad but it has one or little setback some user may not want to make it their preferred choice, coinomi will not give you the accurate balance on your wallet when a transaction is sent but you can see your the transaction reflect on your balance when you import your wallet on electrum, also electrum have a function that supports RBF while coinomi doesn't, you can also customize your fee as you like on electrum while coinomi does not support ore features on that, lastly electrum wallet is a multisig bitcoin wallet and coinomi is not, at a point you will always have a need to make use of electrum wallet for any reason with time.

Coinomi is a terrible wallet. Closed source and insecure. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody.
Closed source wallets are terrible because they can change many things, hide many things which they don't announce in their wallet change logs and their users won't be able to detect those changes.
Advantages of open source wallets
Open source and closed source cryptocurrency wallets

This is only a good idea if you are running Electrum as a cold wallet. Despite many problems with a vast array of hardware wallets recently, they are still safer than your average hot wallet.
Hot wallets have more risk to be compromised so if he uses a hot wallet, he should store very little bitcoin in that hot wallet and he should afford to lose it. If he seriously wants to secure his hot wallets better, he can use a multisig wallets with Electrum.

Hardware wallets are the most secure wallets because money is kept safe in these wallets. If more secure wallets are considered outside of hardware wallets,
It will not be safe if used incorrectly. Safe when used properly and correctly.
Software wallets can be safe if used correctly starting from the installation process, logging in, using a strong password to storing seed phrases and private keys to ensure that the place is completely inaccessible to anyone.

the names of several wallets such as Electrum Wallet, Mycelium Wallet, MyEthereum Wallet will come first.
You are wrong. MyEthereum or MyEtherWallet? it is an Ethereum wallet which is a type of web wallet. MEW Wallet is vulnerable to phishing. How can you say you will prioritize the wallet to store Bitcoins.
This is the MyEtherWallet review link that can be studied.

I used to think like you but with the problems surrounding Ledger, I think we are misinterpreting hardware wallets, and it is not as secure as we think. Another thing is that the companies that make hardware wallets are centralized companies that are regulated by the government, so we don't know what they will do with those wallets before reaching consumers. Currently, hardware wallets are still considered as the safest solution for us but I don't think we should put all our bitcoins in there. I've gone back to using Electrum more instead of trusting hardware wallets.
Hardware wallets are secure, but there are different hardware wallets, so you should not use the one that sends your seed phrase across the internet to extra parties, or the one that is partnering with a service that collects users fees for CoinJoin and then use it to fund blockchain surveillance campanies that will spy on the same users UTXO to either blacklist them or not.

If you want to use a hardware wallet, use one that is open source for you to be able to verify it. If you are worried about putting all your BTC's into one hardware wallet, you can set up an extra layer of security to make things more secure for you, and that's by either using a passphrase or a multi-sig set up.

There is no way of storing your BTC that is 100% safe, but by reducing the possible ways that an attacker can possibly attack you, you're making your funds very safe. A hardware wallet isn't 100% safe if you don't write your recovery phrase and keep it safe, Electrum wallet is also not 100% safe if it is an online wallet.
It is the responsibility of the wallet owner, if they store the seed phrase well or with recovery phrase safely, so the hardware is the solution is not vulnerable from hacker attacks, while for Electrum there are still many cases where they lose their bitcoins as in the forum some cases before.

MyEthereum Wallet will come first.
MyEthereum wallet is for Ethereum not for bitcoin.

In my opinion, hardware wallets are a form of offline storage. A hardware wallet is a cryptocurrency wallet that stores the user's private key on a secure hardware device used to authorize transactions on the blockchain network. Hardware wallets are used to store private keys, making it difficult for hackers to access the keys from an online location. Also it is like any other software or wallet that you use for your day to day transactions. Extremely safe it's just a matter of securing your private key. It is the safest way to trade digital assets to keep custody of tokens at all times.

If using hardware wallet is not possible then you can use all these desktop wallets or mobile wallets as these wallets are more secure than other crypto wallets. If you keep your btc in these wallets your btc will be safe in this wallet compared to other wallets.

No matter how much money we deposit or how much money we earn if our wallet is not secure then our income or deposit is worthless so it is very important to choose a good quality wallet.

My mobile version uses Trust Wallet
Trust wallet is closed source: https://trustwallet.medium.com/why-open-sourcing-android-app-could-be-a-harm-to-the-crypto-community-fb3ae1707dc6 and they are also owned by Binance, so i don't trust them.
True, Trust Wallet is a closed source, it doesn't store bitcoins there, just some altcoins for deposits to gambling sites and other purposes.
Nothing more than that, all trust in Electrum and hardware.

i though walletscrutiny.com/ would list only good HWW.
Wallet scrutiny are pretty clear about what they do and what they don't do here: https://walletscrutiny.com/methodology/

They are looking only at whether a wallet can be reliably built from the code provided. They make no statements as to the security or otherwise of each wallet.

If you are looking for a good bitcoin hardware wallet, I would suggest Passport.

It's important to do some research first although many people think it's the best, and you should choose a wallet that fits or can meet your specific needs and preferences.
and there are several types of bitcoin wallets, including desktop wallets, mobile wallets, web wallets and hardware wallets but each type of wallet has its own advantages and disadvantages.
and in my opinion the best wallet for desktop and i still use it faithfully is electrum and its advantages as they say.

After the issue with Ledger, people also stopped trusting hardware wallets and switched to using Trezor as an alternative.
Given that Trezor now support blockchain analysis by their partnership with Wasabi, they are a very poor choice of hardware wallet. Add in their support of AOPP last year, and they have a very anti-privacy ethos, which is not what you want from a hardware wallet manufacturer.

Coldcard is open source again, the binary data matched.
No, it is source verifiable, not open source. There is a difference, as explained by the link I provided.

I was trying to download Electrum Wallet on PC but it was not successful
Which desktop OS are you using? And what version? What is the error displayed?

Electrum also run on desktop smoothly, just as light as it is on mobile. But desktop Electrum is far better than mobile Electrum as it allows you to use coin control, encrypted/decrypt a message, sign/verify bitcoin address, the use of console for addictional features and you can customize transaction fee.

Sparrow is a very good desktop wallet. Among desktop bitcoin wallet, I prefer Electrum and Sparrow.
I am using Windows X. It was installed but refused to open for me to use it. So I also just leave it since it was not opening. But for now my PC has fault, I change the OS to windows 10 and reinstall it again to see if it will work as you said. With the bold part of your text which I did, I will like to test the desktop version of the Electrum.

Full client: Bitcoin Core
Hardware wallet: Passport
Desktop: Electrum and Sparrow
Mobile: Electrum and Bluewallet
On airgapped device: Electrum
Among all I still choose Android Electrum Wallet, I was trying to download Electrum Wallet on PC but it was not successful but the mobile version is always running smoothly with any problem. And I cannot speak for others because I have not used them so no idea on them except Electrum Wallet. And also base on recommendation from others in the wallet board, I would choose passport and Sparrow wallet.

And why Passport and not Coldcard ?
Coldcard is no longer open source - https://nitter.net/sethforprivacy/status/1651039483419058177#m

Coinomi is probably my favorite.
Closed source, and were discovered to be sending seed phrases in plain text across the internet. Not a good choice I'm afraid.

Metamask does not support native Bitcoin.
Not to mention that its a freaking browser extension! I have absolutely no idea why it is so popular; I can't think of a less secure way to store your coins than in a browser extension of all places.

Coldcard is open source again, the binary data matched.

Which hot wallets are top in your opinion?
Take note, hot wallets are very prone to attacks, so the funds you want to keep in a hot wallet should at least be < or = $100, or whatever amount it is that is small to you.
My mobile version uses Trust Wallet
Trust wallet is closed source: https://trustwallet.medium.com/why-open-sourcing-android-app-could-be-a-harm-to-the-crypto-community-fb3ae1707dc6 and they are also owned by Binance, so i don't trust them.
in fact, I also want to try the sparrow., But if there is a hardware wallet to buy, of course it is better to buy it so that our assets are 100% safe. Although electrum is also 100% safe as long as you save the private key, or seed phrase of the address you will use.

Because it is one of the first altcoins wallets. It is supporting many coins and their tokens. I do not know if it is open source or close source, but it has Android and iOS apps. For not having computer apps for Linux, Windows and MaxOS, I will put it into the category of wallet extension too.

I made a withdraw on Binance some weeks ago. The coin was TUSD on Binance Smart Chain. BSC developere did something that time which makes the coin not to show on Unstoppable wallet. I was thinking it was unstoppable wallet that might caused it before. I created Trustwallet to check and I sent $5 worth of TUSD on BSC to an address on Trustwallet that I created. I did not see the coin and I created this topic:

Solved. I can now transfer the coin.

I used Metamask to solve the problem.

I used passphrase on Unstoppable wallet because I am afraid to backup my seed phrase without having passphrase. Iancoleman that I opened on text editor on an offline device and Matamask wallet saved me. If the wallet is open source and have computer apps instead of the browser extension, the wallet would be one of the best altcoins wallets. I used the mobile app when there is no computer app.

But it's a bit of a pity that it still doesn't have an iPhone version, and since I switched to iPhone, I can only use my Electrum on my laptop.

Either way, you should still consider owning a hardware wallet as it is still the safest option.
You can use blue wallet if you're looking a non custodial and open source wallet as good as electrum, it already support for iOS.

I think some people already skeptic about hardware wallet due to ledger had announced they will share encrypted private key to third party, the best choice is you need to set up your own cold storage.

So the best to worst wallet is:
1. Own created cold storage
2. Hardware wallet from centralized company
3. Mobile non custodial wallet
4. Custodial wallet

After the issue with Ledger, people also stopped trusting hardware wallets and switched to using Trezor as an alternative. Although Trezor is superior to Ledger because it is open source but as you said, all of them are produced from centralized companies so it is difficult to trust them again.

I switched to an old laptop running Linux and integrated Electrum to store my bitcoins. Of course, it's always offline and just for storage, I find it more secure than hardware wallets.

Regarding the best hot wallet, I only trust Electrum.

Good evening,
Which hot wallets are top in your opinion?

I would go with Electrum because I have found it as the best wallet to store your Bitcoin. If your main intention to hold your Bitcoin for a longer period then I would recommend you to make your Electrum wallet as a cold wallet instead of a hot wallet. I must tell you that hot wallets aren't safe for huge amount of money, and for that purpose a cold wallet is highly preferred option.

If you still want to store your coins in a hot wallet then go for Electrum as that one is the securest and highly trusted wallet for Bitcoin. The Electrum is open-source and that's why the chance for having a vulnerability is quite low with this wallet. If you want to go with a closed source wallet then the best options are either MetaMask wallet or Trust wallet as both of them are known for their wide acceptability.

Desktop version of Electrum as a hot wallet.
My mobile version uses Trust Wallet and Blue Wallet.
The cold wallet is the main wallet for storing to be much more secure.

There are many hot wallets to choose from, I don't know which is the top one but I try to pick Electrum as my favorite.

If you have a laptop, start using Electrum wallet, an android? Same, a iPhone? Blue wallet, all these wallets are very good choices but the rest is in your hand, you need to keep your recovery seed safe, if someone find their way into your wallet and steal your Bitcoin its your fault, so keep it very.

The difference is Electrum is an open source wallet and it has one of the best reviews ever, do not use any custodial wallet to store your Bitcoin.

Electrum wallet has been tried and true for me for several years, even though I haven't bought a hardware wallet like trezor, so far this Electrum is good on desktop, the electrum on android is also okay. And I also think the Sparrow looks good to use as well.

in fact, I also want to try the sparrow., But if there is a hardware wallet to buy, of course it is better to buy it so that our assets are 100% safe. Although electrum is also 100% safe as long as you save the private key, or seed phrase of the address you will use.

In general, a hardware wallet is the most reliable option for safeguarding your cryptocurrencies.
Offline/cold wallets are one of the most reliable, not only hardware wallet. For privacy, wallet on airgapped device would be most reliable, or a paper wallet if you are able to make use of both properly. You do not have to buy a wallet through company that can leak your data online which can make hackers to know that you are likely one of the hardware wallet users. Hardware wallets that are open source are good if you are not worried of future data leak. Or maybe buy it offline from a trusted official reseller.

There are online wallet setup that are safe too, but single sig wallet should not be considered one. A good example is a well properly generated multisig wallet. But I consider this to be used for business than individual to use it. Although, there may be some individuals that may prefer to use a multisig wallet. Another one is the Electrum 2FA wallet in which you can have the 2FA on another device different from the one you used to setup the wallet. I think this setup is safe too.

It depends on what features you are looking for. There is no one size fits all wallet. Electrum is a beginner friendly wallet that is rich with features. It is probably the best wallet for the majority of users.

But Metamask is not a Bitcoin Wallet
It supports bitcoin.

Metamask does not support native Bitcoin. It is a wallet designed for EVM compatible networks. You can use it for Wrapped Bitcoin but this token is not really bitcoin. There is an Ordinals marketplace that let's link your Metamask wallet and it will create BTC addresses for you but you will need to always be connected to this website because the Metamask interface doesn't support any Bitcoin features.

Which hot wallets are top in your opinion?
I notice that you are not slow to learn about wallets and wallet security.

Bitcoin Core and Electrum have proven to be the best wallets for storing Bitcoin assets.
These two wallets are best used on the desktop version although Electrum is also available on the mobile version.
To provide a strong level of security, use multi-signature by connecting to a hardware wallet.

I would like to add Unstoppable Wallet for the mobile version in addition to the already recommended Blue Wallet.

Good evening,
Which hot wallets are top in your opinion?
As long as you choose an open source and non-custodial wallet, you should be safe with it. But if you are a newbie and need to find a wallet that ensures all safety, security and ease of use criteria, then I think Electrum is your choice. I have also used many wallets for both phones and laptops but in the end, I chose Electrum because it has everything I need. But it's a bit of a pity that it still doesn't have an iPhone version, and since I switched to iPhone, I can only use my Electrum on my laptop.

It is Electrum wallet because you can have a hot wallet with this wallet software on your mobile. You can use Lightning Network if you want but Lightning Network is offchain.

[GUIDE] How to Safely Download and Verify Electrum. Verify what you download even you get it from the official website of Electrum wallet.

Electrum official download page. Don't trust me and the official website even can be compromised too. Verify the GPG signatures of Electrum developers.

Our executables are reproducible, and are signed independently by several builders.
The current executables have been signed by ThomasV, SomberNight, Emzy.
You will get GPG signatures of developers at the download page.

If you can't avail yet a hardware wallet, it's best to stick with what has been trusted and known by the majority and that's none other than Electrum.

Coinomi is probably my favorite.
I have used this before but I'm not going to store a lot of Bitcoin in here. It's a multi wallet, handy and easy to use but it has some controversy before and I think that you're also aware of it.

for desktop, I'd say Electrum, I've been using them for years, and though there are some bugs I have experienced throughout the years of using Electrum, they are still one of the top wallets out there and they are pretty easy to use too and would recommend it to people who are new to bitcoin.

You should check their official websites and compare the features and overall user experience of both wallets. To put it simply, Sparrow wallet seems to have a broader range of features when compared to Blue Wallet. However, at the end of the day, it boils down to personal preferences; some folks prioritize feature-rich options, while others prefer a simpler, more user-friendly experience.

All cold storage wallets are what we should recognized as top wallet to use, if you can make use of bitcoincore client by downloading the software for maximum security is also good and better than all other means, but always try to avoid any hot or online wallet especially those from the centralized exchanges and online mobile wallets, hardware wallets are also a good take but try to avoid ledger, electrum is also a multisig bitcoin wallet you could use.

Electrum wallet stands out, out there when you take about hot wallets or non custodial wallets but, the level of security it gets depends on you who owns the wallet as per how open you are to what it is, the exposure you give it lying there on your screen for all to see and most times on an already installed device, you access it with a password rather than seed phrases. Seed phrases becomes useful while installing on a different device (Importing) and its ability to do that is what makes it the most dangerous to be care free about and so, you must be particulate and private about them.

Considering your concern for fund security, why not opt for a hardware wallet? It offers more security compared to a hot wallet. Although opinions may vary, I personally use the Ledger hardware wallet. However, I'm currently contemplating a switch to another hardware wallet. Before switching to Ledger, I had been using the Electrum hot wallet, which you might consider as well. Just be cautious about phishing attempts, updates, and viruses. It's worth noting that there have been past incidents where users lost funds from their Electrum wallets due to update attacks. In general, a hardware wallet is the most reliable option for safeguarding your cryptocurrencies.

As someone who sits in front of their computer for the most part of their waking hours, Electrum is the best wallet for me. It's safe, it's secure provided that you don't go stupid and save your seed phrase somewhere unsafe, and it's just there basically. Plus it's portable and you're able to pull it up whenever you need it which is more than enough of what you need for most of these wallets. I get that there's wallets that are now available on the phone and on the fly but I just can't trust them for some reason, especially those that you can download on Google Play and App Store besides the ones that we already know like Trust Wallet and so on and so forth. So I stay a firm advocate of Electrum Wallet through and through just cause it does the things I want perfectly.

OP there are lots of hot wallets available but it depends on what you want to do or what you are actually looking for. Make or state what you are really after so you could get the best based on your description. Some of the wallets mentioned here are very much highly sophisticated and are of different operating formats. so it is best you say what you want to do with is so you could be guided by members who are ver familiar with the wallets that best suite your requirement.

If you’re not very new in the sphere, it may be worthwile to check out Sparrow and other privacy solutions. Electrum is my choice for most use cases anyway. You can use it through Tails and for building privacy on top of your UTXOs, there are a few solutions out there including mixers and moving through XMR and back to break links.
I prefer Electrum and it is not bad and not going to be hard for newbies that knows what they are doing. What they just have to do which is most important is to backup their seed phrase safely and securely and protect their device from online attack. I see Sparrow not to be that easy too, but would be easy for newbies that know what they are doing.

What are you looking for? It’s the first question you gotta ask yourself when choosing a wallet to store your BTC. In most cases, Electrum or Bitcoin Core is enough and provides both security and features. If you’re new, I think wallets like Sparrow that help with privacy are pretty much useless because the mistakes you’ll make will cancel all your efforts to get some privacy.

Safety and security is another topic entirely. Online wallets are not safe as offline wallets like wallet on airgapped device and hardware wallet. Multisig too are safer on Electrum and Sparrow. 2FA wallet on Electrum is also safer if the authentication app is on another device.

BlueWallet also for MacOS or better Sparrow?
