In my view, anyone can have his own thread for picks. I don't see this as a problem. Picks threads are different from general discussion threads. There can be a thread discussing everything going on in a league's season each year, but picks are different. If someone wants to prove his skills making the right picks then that might be worthy of a different thread. Overall not that many people are willing to be as exposed with their picks so I don't mind new threads like that personally. Just my two cents.

op has constantly created many threads just to promote his website, he does not participate in discussions in other threads, which clearly shows that his objective is to create a new thread constantly and for his website to gain a lot of visibility and as many members already know this , they stopped posting in the threads created by the OP. It's funny and the op has good post quality, realize that he posts things that he masters, but the problem is in his way of promoting his website, if he focused on the ann of his website and made posts in threads created by other people so that it would demonstrate that he intends to carry out a marketing campaign without using spam-like methods, so when he sometimes creates a thread, people would be active in the thread he created.

look:

Nitrobetting.eu - Unmatched BTC Betting and Entertainment

In this post he talks about NBA games and in his thread, so it doesn't make sense for him to create another thread to talk about NBA when he already has this old thread

I hope that OP changes and starts posting on his thread and doesn't constantly create many threads to promote his website, even if he posts on his thread he will be promoting his website, so there is no need to constantly create many threads.

I'm all for you making picks weekly and promoting them here so don't take this as hate, but there's already an NBA betting thread that has been going on for quite some time and contains these types of posts from lots of people.  Having another thread for just your picks is a little redundant and might confuse people.  Having you join the other thread with your picks would keep things in one spot and let you discuss your picks with other likeminded folks.  Here's the link if you're interested in participating with the rest of us in this 6 year old thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/nba-2019-2020-betting-5091185

Hey there, thanks for the heads up! We appreciate you not taking this the wrong way.

You're right, there's already a well-established NBA betting thread going.

We wanted to open a new topic to a discussion-oriented approach alongside the straight picks.  But We see your point about keeping things organized and streamlined.

Thank you!
Since it seems you have already agreed to what "OgNasty" suggested about making a duplicate NBA thread, I think it will be better if you can immediately now lock this thread, so as to avoid any further discussion coming this angle. Thank you

He also wants a new one while he agrees to OgNasty. This would mean this is entirely for nitrobetting's own NBA bet picks thread. I guess it's their way of promoting their platform. I hope he keeps up though. Because most of the people go to that thread already. Updating this thread every day will make it resurface above.

Will the Philadelphia 76ers get back reigning league MVP Joel Embiid before the end of the regular season? Coach Nick Nurse said over the weekend that Embiid was reevaluated by doctors, and they are “happy with the progress” he is making following meniscus surgery on his left knee. Nurse said he’s confident the big man will make it back before the postseason. Here are two intriguing early-week matchups around the NBA.

Top NBA Betting Picks of the Week (March 18th, 2024)
New York Knicks vs. Golden State Warriors
When: Monday, March 18th, 2024, 10:00 PM ET
Where: Chase Center, San Francisco, CA
TV: ESPN
Radio: ESPN NY 98.7 FM (Knicks) // 95.7 The Game FM (Warriors)
Stream: NBA League Pass
NBA Odds: Knicks (+5) // Warriors (-5)
The Warriors got two-time MVP Steph Curry back from injury on Saturday, and he had 31 points in leading a 128-121 win at the LA Lakers. It was the 25th time this season he scored at least 30 points. Curry leads all players in 3-pointers made this season with 293. He is seven away from 300, which would be an NBA-record fifth time reaching the single-season milestone (second with one season each is Klay Thompson and James Harden). Curry is also one point shy of tying Robert Parish (23,334) for 30th on the NBA all-time career points scored list.

Jonathan Kuminga added 23 points. He shot 4-of-6 in the first quarter, including two corner 3-pointers, scoring 10 of the Warriors’ 30 points. Kuminga scored 20 points or more in four straight and five of his last six, except for a 19-point effort against the Bulls on March 7 (the game Curry was injured in).
