Have you used the official website? There are a lot of phishing links.
Why is there a need to send BTC in order to receive those currencies? Doesn't this seem strange?
Have you contacted the support team? What was their answer?

Generally, I hope you do research before using any platform because there are a lot of unresolved scam cases against that platform:

Post tx ID and we may be able to track it.

I don't understand why you have to make an active transaction. Your account should have been considered active when you bought the ABCC or did you get that from airdrop? I would also like to see more of the conversation between you and the exchange support.

This exchange has a 'good volume' in CMC[1]. Probably they wash trade it though.

Yes, more likely engaged in wash trading.
Data from Coingecko:
24H Trading Volume: $662,498,993
24H Normalized Volume: $1,220,003

Can you add any proof?

This exchange has a 'good volume' in CMC[1]. Probably they wash trade it though. But if they did request you to send BTC before you can withdraw, I'm surprised why this exchange is not removed from CMC.

I dunno what it takes to get an exchange or token delisted from CMC if it turned out scam but most certainly many scam exchanges or coins appear on their list. So I don't usually use them as a standard to gauge the authenticity of the project.

For example... p2pb2b exchage has scammed so many people and i believe you have seen a number of scam accusations here but it still appears on the CMC list with a cool looking "daily trade volume"

Maybe OP should include more details like screenshots of them trying to ask for BTC. But it looks like a scam attempt to me

I withdraw about 2990 ABBC coins in topbtc. But I haven't received the coin yet.

They ask me to send  0.028BTC to them to receive coins.

It is absurd. Topbtc certainly is scam. Don't use topbtc.

this is the message from topbtc.
