usually you are not allowed to register from the Netherlands, USA and french. Seems they are using another license holder than the regular one, maybe that change the situation.
I can not find a list from contries that are excluded? That is for me very important, as I live in the Netherlands and usually the Netherlands is not allowed by Curacao licensed sites.
