in Lower Left Part of this thread you can see "Move topic" then bring this to the appropriate section for you to find faster outcome . Just make sure to Use either Escrow if the amount is valuable enough because your a NEWBIE and People will hesitate dealing with you , But also NEVER PAY UPFRONT because Scammers are really waiting for people Like you here .

I don't see copper membership badge under your profile so if you already purchase the copper membership then you need to enable it by refreshing the page where you paid it https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=credit;promote

And select copper membership from the drop down menu to enjoy the benefits of it.

With copper membership you can have the signature space of a member ranked account, it is still not enough then you can hire someone offcially by posting your request on the service section.
