That's because the thread has either been deleted or sent to the trashcan for whatever reason. The solution is don't post or start low quality threads.

I have a problem with some topics that I can't read because the forum told me "The topic or board you are looking for appears to be either missing or off limits to you".
It's not the first time that I see this sentence and I wonder If there is a solution to this problem.
