Monthly vulnerability reports like clockwork eh? Yup, definitely sounds very 'government like'. Curious though that they would be helping Tor plug the holes. You would think the NSA of all people would want to keep quiet about that sort of stuff to make it easier for them to do their job listening to everyone.

I'm surprise is not the other way around. What I heard is they knowingly created a vulnerable for the NSA to exploit.
