While that's certainly true crypotocurrencies and the web provide many options if you're clever enough, Satoshi is a classic example which is why he used a pseudonym rather than a real name and why I use the username Lethn, I want people to be able to find me on the internet, but I don't want people to find my home and my family members.
That is true indeed but if some really Techy guy decides to find us , that won't be a problem for him unless you are using VPN/HMA for everything or some IP jumper. I wonder if satoshi used VPN too when using this forum if not , Theymos might be able to just know the location

It's even easier to hide yourself if you have money.
And if you have much more money than that , it's hard to hide yourself like everyone knows you but talk about Satoshi.
