Hi

There are many Altcoins out there now that have a Tor proxy (onion router) fully integrated into the source. This is something i have coded for either my own projects or as freelance.

There are many important factors to understand when using Tor. e.g it's much easier to deploy a brand new coin that only uses Tor from the start. if you want to migrate you existing coin network onto Tor, you will need to create a hybrid infrastructure.

Have a look at this design i have used for clients in the past.

PM me if you need any more info Smiley

Cheers

How to integrate TOR into altcoin?
How does it work?

I'm thinking about how they do it.

Just set a node in the TOR network?
Is that all?
 Huh

Which altcoin are you going to develop?

THX for response.

But I want to understand how does it work.....

If I setup for examle 6 nodes.

One must be visible, right? (for comunication with TOR nodes, right?)
Other 5 will be on TOR.

EXAMPLE:
addnode=127.0.0.1
addnode=3gfgdfgdfgdfh.onion
addnode=45dsdsadhphbi.onion
addnode=54d65sadsadd.onion
addnode=dsdsd45s4ds5d.onion
addnode=ds5d5sd4d4s54.onion

I have to manualy setup tor connection.... And that´s it?

No more visible IP´s?

If you're serious about this then I would recommended you to ask Hondo direct, the creator of StealthCoin. You can ask him on StealthCoin Slack community, just PM Koontas with your email and ask to join Slack https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/koontas-168515
Hondo is on StealthCoin Slack community all day, every day.

Hope this would help you anything

StealthCoin is the first, perhaps the only coin with TOR integrated, you don't have to do anything as it's integrated. no manual tor setup crap.
You can check it out here; https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xst/#!network
click on nodelist, all TORs;

addnode=127.0.0.1
addnode=36ifdlsg6vlzl5jn.onion
addnode=3bygw2slg3dhphbi.onion
addnode=65uh3awkh2swgazv.onion
addnode=6hsl3h7awf6kxsnr.onion
addnode=7dksldwksmj2iigp.onion
addnode=aky2ejc2kgdmbb4s.onion
addnode=cyxnhk2nuwx2o7lw.onion
addnode=eyklca2i4jdyy6w4.onion
addnode=fgvuj63xk3s5223n.onion
addnode=hwz4buigwktlmzsw.onion
addnode=i5uhmfbdrmxaxlr3.onion
addnode=ievizmjwltzihaoh.onion
addnode=lov6uajpr2ksdfw2.onion
addnode=nokfgvwbp55niokq.onion
addnode=oxggkqt3fwhjir4m.onion
addnode=p6772zl55xjbdgz4.onion
addnode=qs4a56jsl7mo6pou.onion
addnode=srseiwuuuvgfwiwc.onion
addnode=t3fmrd7sld3d5mbk.onion
addnode=vluwt7zakpbew6uk.onion
addnode=xbrubvmdsuwhxjx2.onion
addnode=xmwgfa7b2hpw6hzz.onion
addnode=xsea4dusclmr7six.onion
addnode=ye66iysn3sbpnpzh.onion
addnode=yhhij2i4swm37ikh.onion

If you click on nodelist for other scam crap coins it would show all the IPs for the wallets. All these scam coins claimed to be anonymous but all the IP are showing there. LOL. I guessed people who obtained all the knowledge have the power.

New tile 3D wallet coming this month, also the first redo wallet after Bitcoin.
