You are not banned. But the IP you happen be using as an exit node is. So as was said select a new identity in tor so you are not using a banned exit node.

Thank you for the help, any ideas on when the bans get lifted?
I'd guess never, since they're generally banned for hosting spammers. There's not really a "rehabilitation period" for spamming the forum with time-share advertisements.

If you're on a banned exit node, you can usually just keep cycling through "new identities" until you find one which isn't banned (yet).

So you are not allowed to use tor here?
You can use TOR, as far as I know. The only snag is that some TOR nodes get banned. So attempting to post through those IPs = temp ban.

Could someone explain to me the forum's Tor policy, my last account was blocked after one post on Tor
There is a thread about this, might be in the Meta subforum. I believe if you are banned for logging in/posting from a banned Tor node, the ban is lifted when you log in from a new IP. At least, that has been my experience.
