Total common shares offered = 3000
Total bitcoins to be raised in this offering = 300 bitcoins
Dividends will be 50% of profits, to be divided up equally amongst all the shares.
What are the bitcoins needed for?
These bitcoins are needed in order to provide seed financing for the startup of my company, to pay for
a bitcoin ATM, and also providing some cash flow, and possibly expansion.
How To Invest?
