You are mistaken. Yes, Tor stands for the onion router but it is Tor, not TOR.

I'd buy one. Seems an elegant solution to the network speed issue. Turn everyone into a de facto network supporter.
If only we didn't have such authoritarian fascist governments, we wouldn't even have to bother with this Tor stuff.
