Why would a shop setup itself in Tor hidden network should be the question you should have asked yourself. Next I think that you have been scammed because the shops that open up in the Tor hidden network 90% are to scam people and 10% sell illegal goods although they are correct at delivering those. Hope you have learned something from this experience and next time do a bit more of a research for the specific website you want to transact with.
