Most tokens will be completely worthless, because the vast majority of companies die even in the traditional world. In crypto even more will die, because it's an entirely unregulated market. So maybe 1-5% of ICOs will survive and end up being worth something in 10 years. Be very careful with what you pick and consider taking out a portion of the profits during pumps.

so im a noob still

This is not so much about cryptocurrencies, it's about investing, in general.
If you want to do long term investments you should do very deep research about the project you invest into.
A token is like some shares, stocks. It means you have a share of that project. It doesn't matter how is it called.
It matters if it has a proper team, not just some random names and pictures nobody heard of or not even real.
It matters if it has a proper plan.
It matters if it has an idea that can be used for something, even in 10 years from now. A coin for a specific game may be a good short term investment, but not really for long ones.
It matters if it has a future. A bright future even your children could benefit of.

Most ICO tokens don't fit to this description, so it's quite likely the token you mentioned, although I've never heard of it, may also not be fit for long time investment.
It's a mix of hard work and luck to find a good one.

It depends on the ICO. Some of them are scams that will have zero value in less than ten years. Others look decent: I have a few Blocklancer stakes and a few Deep Gold stakes, for instance. (They're not too expensive if you can get in on the bounties!) Try to pick some decent ones that look like they're backed by a marketable asset and you'll do fine.

You'd be better off leaving your hard earned money in Ether, rather than investing in an ICO which will likely go bankrupt.

If you insist on investing in an ICO, first understand what they are trying to achieve with their token. Does the business idea make sense? Isn't something people are going to want? That the market is going to want? Too many ICO creators think of a new way to use a token without much thought put into whether than new "use" actually has a purpose to people. The success factor for ICOs is if the purpose/utility of their token will grow among a market of people.

Most ICOs (like almost all of them) are rubbish. There are maybe 20 crypto coins that are worth anyone's attention, and I'm being very generous.

If you're want to be such investor, you might have to invest in something pretty stable, like gold or maybe government bond, etc.

Crypto industry is too young to be stable even like oil)))

So, don't invest in crypto if you're looking for a long-term investment.

like in their value or what ?? most likely ICOs will be worthless at that time cause there are so many of them
some of them may have success but the majority will fail for sure , they may not even exist in the future

so when we are talking about value I guess the best is to sell at profit or hold for a small period of time , 10 years is so unpredictable  but most likely a pure fail

exactly that was my fear ...
i was looking for something like investment plan for kids

so it makes no difference when its listed at an exchange like hitbtc and keep adding coins about 100.000units`!?!
at a price of 0.000000023 yeah i guess its no value when you bought them at 0.50

so it makes more sense in bitfinex and buy things like neo or omisego?`? ah yeah its the same

so im a noob still
