Antminer is currently the best mining GPU for mining bitcoins. It costs a lot however it was configured specifically for mining. That would be your best bet

Greetings earthlings!
recently, I bought few contracts on Genesis mining, but I want to mine more and there are no BTC contracts. So I decided I will go with real mining. I understand the theory, but struggling with picking up the right hardware. Can you suggest the most recent configuration I can use? I have some 2000 dollars. Are ASIC miners the thing? Which?

Thanks in advance!

Antminer S9 is your best bet, but $2000 might not be enough to get one.

Great, thanks a lot guys. I think I will go with Bitmain. What do you think about cloud mining? Any worthy services? I want to mine BTC and genesis is not offering contracts. Is it worth it compared to physical mining? Sry for the noob questions

Start by LOOKING at the existing threads about 'I want to start mining but am totally clueless about what the hell I am looking into...' and after reading them, posting your queries in those existing threads.

Seriously, this section and many others are peppered with the EXACT same question you ask. There are a dozen or more already and don't need another...

Bitmain’s Antminer S9 is the best bang for your buck and the most efficient miner available (sometimes).
But it’s not always available. Like right now.
A distant second is the Avalon 741. More expensive per TH/s and significantly less efficient.
I would keep watching Bitmain for the next release of a batch of S9’s. Although the 741 is available now.
Purchasing an S9 from a reseller will cost you too much and tends to be risky.
