$10,000 in three years is a no-brainer  Cheesy

Bitcoin is ten pixels now, but the potential is enormous.

I like seeing all that money pointing with its skinny arms at Bitcoin... Smiley

edit : why compare the value of all bitcoins to the daily/annual forex transactions ? It's comparing apples and oranges... It's easy to compare forex daily transaction to bitcoin daily ransaction (= 30 millions...the difference is big enough!)

This bull will try to shake you off. Hold tight!
Gold enthusiasts are likely to be the first adopters.

But there are other early adopters too.

Speculators/investors that are out for a profit and don't care about gold but like innovation. A much bigger pool that is.

100 folding from here in 3 years I also think is overly optimistic but tenfolding is very likely I think, as long as governments don't outlaw it, which seems to be the case, and a competing cryptocurrency does not take over, which also seems to be the case.

After that it may take double as long to tenfold another time but that's still hunderdfolding within 9 years, making anyone who is willing to invest $10k and able to hold tight, a millionaire.

Many early adopters who understood bitcoin's potential fully, still have seriously underestimated how quickly it went up, as well as how deep it could fall, and payed the price. The same will likely continue to be true for those entering today.

I found 6.8 trillions of $ for the value of all the gold in the world and 800 billions for the silver

That's 2% of your market capitalization of 150 billions

So it's not impossible, but certainly not in 3 years Cheesy

I believe it would be interesting to find out the total speculator mass, expressed in $ (or rather million $),
that are active in the gold, silver, currencies, other commodities, that might be interested to join the BTC ecosystem.
This way we should have a more reasonable estimate of the future prices. Some people like to dream about 10,000$
and more for 1 BTC, which would mean a market capitalization of 150 - 200 billion $ in 3 years, insane IMO.
IMO that's never going to happen, and a more reasonable and stable price 3 years from now would be around 1,000$.
