If you said about better speed of transaction then you should give better fee to make that you get your money instantly. Usually other altcoin already have low fee so you do not really to track them down. What you need to do is about bitcoin but this lately what I get is really instant but you shouls play around 0.0006 sat and that is really instant. But people will complain about it, why should give out that high of fee and I hope you were not that person if you want faster transaction

that website is not keeping track of or monitoring transaction times. it is a static list with fixed values in a table.
and it is based on average block time in each cryptocurrency then it multiplies that average time by the number of confirmation required by exchanges (the generally suggested number) and shows the time.

for example for bitcoin it is 10 minute on average. so 6 confirmation means 60 minutes.
for bitcoin cash, since it is fork of bitcoin, it is the same 10 min but 20 confirmation means 600 minutes.

where does he get this data?

I would like to monitor transaction times for BTC, ETH, NEO, XLM, BCC, LTC, USDT

I want to do this so i can send money to an exchange quickly to make a trade faster.
