If I understood you question well, you can find the exchange where event of a coin would take place in the COINMARKETCAP
I find that an almost guaranteed moon is always preceded by a large adoption on exchange platforms. Now if you spent enough time looking at the social media accounts of 100's of coins you would reliably be able to find out when and where such events where going to take place, but is there perhaps a repository of sorts where this type of information is coagulated, and if there isnt how would one go about creating one.
