Thank you guys for all your advises! I came up with my terms finally  Smiley
The last question, to make cash deposit buyer have to know only my name and account number? Or a type of account as well? (checking, savings). I have PNC and Citibank if its matter. Thanks!

Yes, do provide that info as one's required to tick on the appropriate box of the type of account on the slip when depositing cash into someone else's account and that's not really a sensitive info that you have to worry about giving up.

If you don't follow the terms you mentioned in OP (take a picture...) then yes they can try and say they deposited into wrong account in which case bank might revert the transfer. So take any and all precautions necessary.
Thanks for your response! Will it be enough to ask to take a picture? I saw couple times that people also asks to rip receipt into pieces and then send a picture.
Ask them for a picture along with their username written on a paper so you know that it's him and not just some random pic taken from the internet Smiley
But if you want to be secure then there's nothing wrong with asking more just to make sure Roll Eyes
I think you should ask for his pic and his I.D just to make sure
Better be safe than sorry, am i right Tongue

I think there is always risk of "chargeback a bank transfer"... No matter what the terms are...
Even if the deposit was with cash?

As per my knowledge Bank transfer and cash deposit cannot be chargeback very soon until you dont give a written letter and give the proof, because if you are legit then you can also prove that the cash or bank transfer you received are genuine then he will get imprison for wrongly doing chargeback.

I have been using Localbicoins.com site for long time , i use to buy and sell and till now i did not got any problem, and even their escrow system is very good. Only if you are dealing with cash wallet like paypal you can beaware as that can be chargeback very soon or later also.

Like I said, take all the measures which reduces the risk of charge-back, it maybe a little difficult to get buyers but better safe than sorry.

Also, can somebody clarify for me how to create one ad for two banks? Or I just need in payment details mention both bank account numbers and a buyer will choose by himself what bank to use?

Yes, just create one ad and add both bank details and buyer can decide which one to use according to their preference.

Hi everyone,
Let's say I want to sell bitcoins on localbitcoins.com for the cash deposit. I was wondering if someone has good trade terms? I checked other sellers, and I have a feeling that some of them ask too much (take a picture with receipt, write something on receipt, provide ID, make deposit only in the bank branch and only with cash, etc.) What terms will be sufficient? What tricky part can be in such trade? Is it possible to chargeback a bank transfer? Thank you for any advice!
p.s. If anyone can provide safe terms for other payment methods I'll appreciate it!

These terms you mentioned as being "too much" are not, they're necessary to not become target of a charge-back scam.

I think there is always risk of "chargeback a bank transfer"... No matter what the terms are...
