Update : You can also deploy N-type instances which has NVIDIA GPUs.
But for whatever reason,you still can't use them for mining.

I have a Microsoft Azure account and want to trade them with a verified Google Cloud/AWS account.
You can deploy as many VPS as you want in this Azure subscription.
But you can't use it for mining and DDoS.
It's useful for running game servers,webhosting.
