After creating a counterparty wallet and importing the private keys, you will be asked to send 0.00xx BTC as a mining fee to receive the 7.4 XCP to your wallet. This is not going to happen, no matter how often you will try! It's a well known trick, so don't waste your money on this fool. Watch his trust ratings. Stay safe, please.
