I think the site is not dead because I take a look at my account and it seems, the market still alive and still trade for many coins.
But I don't trade on that site for a long time, so I don't know how is going on now in that site.
Do you have any problem with them? If you have, then I think you need to contact their support system, and I think they will help you to solve your problem.
I don't know if tradeogre will become cryptopia 2 as that exchange is a small exchange and they only have btc and ltc market.

Last February I'm using their exchange to buy some coins and successfully withdraw but since I heard lots of scam accusation about this site I stop using them because it's too shady and their support is well-known not responding.
Looks like luck hits you. Currently, it's quite a rare case now (low chance) that someone still able to make withdrawals from them and you did it fortunately just a few months ago.
This exchange does already have a bad reputation even from last year. Don't know why others still using them. Their social media activity is outdated starting from last year.
To OP, it's now safe to assume that this exchange will now be turned into sh*t completely. If you have active funds there, then no choice but to hope for the best even at a low chance.

Possible that this exchange site is going to be scam if you have coins there and not able to withdraw try to exchange it to other coins and try to withdraw to take your coins out from this shady exchange before your coins become useless.
