@genpro - their Facebook and twitter page is only for news or announcement.
try discord: https://discord.gg/n9ECWp
or create them a ticket if you have issue: https://tradesatoshi.com/Support
they assist mostly in ticket and you can also get help in discord group.
I guarantee they are not scam as i'm using this exchange a year already,
i like coz low volume and low fee i can get more profit.

Long lasting lack of availability to trade on market and to submit ticket and lots of transactions are pending...
Extremely poor response from team...poor exchange.

Anyone knows their team members? Can I contact them on Linkedin or any other social media?

Be Positive Always!

Tradesatoshi is down today as well. The exchange section (Markets / balance Section aren't working)Keeps on giving message "The service is unavailable.". What is all this? No prior message or alert of any sort . Or a downtime message on my registered email id. What rubbish is this?

All these exchanges are trying to keep your BTC for themselves so that when it forks on the first they get "YOUR SHARE OF THE FORK" in their accounts. How very MEAN!

Hope it is not that way. But it sure is looking that way.

Please update the thread if you are also facing the same troubles like me at tradesatoshi

It is worth the wait.

I want to add coin. I want to set up a new faucet.   Cheesy

........
What is really great is the faucet feature. I like it very much. Most of exchanges do not have this feature. Some of exchange(s) (such as Cryptopia) used to but has/have discontinued it (along with other features, such as mining.)

There is visible lag in trading and posting of new bid/ask but the overall functionality is OK.  Cheesy

It is back online now.  I could be wrong but I think it is running much faster now.  Cheesy

I haven't heard about this exchange before.  I will try this exchange and see. Hope there wont be any problems regarding withdrawal of the coins. Havent read any positive reviews about this exchange. Only read so many complaints about this exchange. Is this exchange still functional. Anybody who use this exchange can please confirm whether its still paying and  please tell that do they accept credit cards for buying coins?

did u saw my last post?

Despite seeing downtime twice since I started using Tradesatoshi this month, I withdrew but later put back funds for a couple of cryptos without a glitch after the previous downtime; therefore, I am still comfortable using this exchange site.

an update on Twitter or someplace seems appropriate... must be something beyond a technical issue.

They are still offline, have anyone hear anything from them?

Yep, it is online now.

Did they not send a notification for the downtime? They should have if they didn't. Undecided

They didn't, no announcement at all honestly. I even messaged them on Twitter but the account isn't active so there's no reply. Their ANN thread here isn't active as well. I hope the admin can update the users next time so that there will be no worries and negative thinking of it being scam already.
