The problem BTC is too expensive these days and i will maybe wait too much time before it will go down a little bit before it increases a 2nd time. I would need to buy some ETH first..

You mean in order to transfer the alts you buy to a wallet? If so yes but you will only need a very very minimal amount of eth that it shouldn't be too much of a problem. You can also buy that eth on the exchange of your choice.

That's a good idea, thanks a lot !!

How about the same thing but with altcoins, do you have a particular website to recommend ?

I don't think you'll find anywhere to trade chf to altcoins and if you do it will be so bad in terms of volume. Buy your BTC and then transfer to an exchange like bittrex and use your BTC to buy alt coins.

You could always check somewhere like localbitcoins.com, as they allow you to trade in different currencies and directly with people that live in your country. Then you would send it from that wallet to your ledger address. You should start with small amounts and only use the most reputable traders (high amount of transactions), do not just go for the cheapest options on offer while you get the hang of it.

Hi, 1st sorry for my dumb question, i'm a newbie but i clearly see the advantage to invest into Crypto. I've already bought my Ledger Nano S (i'm learning quickly haha) for my security, i also know the website https://www.myetherwallet.com/ for sending my future bitcoins into my hardware wallet, but there is still a step i don't know : how to buy bitcoin and altcoins with, at the base, an account in Swiss francs ?

I know Poloniex but they only accept crypto currencies, so at first i need a website who accepts swiss francs or $/euros (with the least fee)

Coud you help me please, thanks in advance
