Second that.  establish US$ RBC account, establish Dwolla account and you are all set to trade on MT Gox.  Dwolla -> Mt Gox transfers take time though.

Easiest in Canada is to withdraw to liberty reserve then cash it out to CAD.
If you get an account with Royal Bank, you can open a free USD account in their USA branches. You can move the money from the US account to Canada effortlessly through online banking. To set it up you just need a $100 deposit

When you apply for the account, don't tell them you are trading Bitcoin or anything. Smiley Not like they will refuse you, just they will try to get you into a Business account then you have to conform to stupid US laws of max $999/day and other problems. Best if the banks know as little as possible.

You can also open a swissquote.ch account online and switch between any currency you want.

An awesome perk about being a Canadian is that you have access to banks that do Email Interac Transfer.

It's $1-2 per transfer up to $1000, and takes 30 minutes for the funds to process.

I'd like to know the answer to this question as well. Dwolla doesn't support Canada yet. Sad

There is this thread, http://forum.bitcoin.org/index.php?topic=10980.msg156785 that is the only think I know so far.

Hello!

I'm a bit of a newb, so please excuse my newbish question...

I have an account on https://www.bitcoinmarket.com and would like to start buying/selling BTC that I've mined on my new system. I'd like to pocket some of the profits though to recover some cost.

What is the easiest way to get CAD $, or even USD into my bank account?

Thanks!
