You can only tip to accounts which have filled up the model form and are approved after providing their credentials to the site, so how will you be providing tokens to other accounts which are not approved or have not even applied because they can't accept tips and afaik chaturbate doesn't allow token transfers.
And models only get to keep half of the tokens they receive why would they pay for full price and receive half? And models usually cash out their tokens so why would they want to purchase them?
That is a good point @twister. I realized only recently you cannot tip other accounts unless they have filled out the model forum. I tipped someone who I did not think was a model and had the idea to post this. I guess this idea is a bust then.
Actually, what would be the best is to have a better cb site. It kinda stifles all the innovation that could happen to making the site more of a community.

That way models could get better % on there earned tokens. I could only do a small demand though as I only use so many tokens a month and maybe cb could get mad if there is large volume. However, I am known to easily go through 6k tokens ever couple of days. The cheapest I can get tokens atm is around 2025 for 159 usd. I will post exact prices going a bit later, I need to do some research first. I have always wanted the cb girls to get better pay so this would actually be very beneficial for them to get a better cash out ratio.
