Forex? Really? Get outta here man... No, really, can't take you seriously. There's no point of comparison if you ask me. It's easier to understand forex but it's also harder to profit from.
Well were not the same opinion. Forex for me is harder to understand, I tried forex but I quit. I only use cryptocurrencies for trading because it's easy to understand and you can choose a lot of cryptocurrency and huge potential to multiple and quadruple your money here in crypto.

I prefer crypto trading. this is easier to run at a price that is easily monitored than forex trading. nowadays many forex traders turn to crypto and this gives speculation that crypto trading is more feasible than crypto. this is my opinion
The only thing that makes cryptocurrency better than forex trading is that it gives more profit at an increase than forex trading, and reason being that the crypto market is still very volatile unlike forex trading, but when it comes to predicting the market, you can easily predict forex market than cryptocurrency market.

It is more bitter for crypto traders when the market crashes than it is for forex traders. Both can still be traded well though, if such trader can develop a very good strategy, they both have same similar strategies and should not be difficult for any profession trade to switch between the two of them.

The good thing with crypto is you can trade it spot trading. Margin trading is the most difficult. You can blow your whole portfolio in a matter of seconds.
from the statement you gave, I can conclude when trading in forex, the risk is very high and you can get a loss when you really lose, in contrast to cryptocurrency which can still be held until prices recover.
There is a clause to this also, if it were to be this , many people will not be complaining of losing so hard in trading cryptocurrency, but people do not leave it at this stage and then go to the extent of margin trading, which is what kills the whole game in trading when it backfires for them.

I think you can also do this in Forex too if you don’t margin trade, but the increase you get after waiting for so long is really nothing compared to the increase you get you use cryptocurrency to trade, which is why you see most professional traders in Forex now diverting to crypto trading now because of the chance it gives them of having a more profitable trade.

Spot trading is what makes up majority of the market both in Forex trading and crypto trading, margin is just usually used by people that I see that are quite greedy, because I would not want to classify them as risk takes, I dint see that has risk, I see that as foolishness, how can you go into trap set by most of these brokers, when you can easily make your money without tension through spot trading.

The good thing about spot trading in crypto is that even if the market has gone low below the trade spot, it can still pick up with time when left for the market to rise since it’s one that didn’t require loan and provided if the trader does not stop it’s loss or use stop loss.

both of these trades have the risk of each forex or crypto. But I will choose Crypto because besides being more profitable, we will get the knowledge / technology contained in the coin / token
This is the difference when it comes to learning because if we do talk about forex then we are talking any countries currency so there's no really learning
on that one which unlike on crypto where you would able to know a variety of projects that might give out revolutionary innovation on our daily lives.
Most of them are shit but there are ones who do able to pull it out.

Trading forex is  surely better for me than trading crypto. Forex market is very old and has high volume, being a technical trader I can very well read the forex chart and analyse it for possible future movement but  I cannot do it in crypto, although I tried it but did not get that success. One plus point I see of Crypto market from forex market is that crypto market remains open 24*7 whereas forex market  is open 24*5 means forex market is closed on weekends.
If one can really lean to trade crypto market then he/she can have good profit than trading forex market. At last I enjoy trading forex market  than any other market due to its movement as per my tech analysis.

i think trade in cryptocurrency is more better than forex because i am more familiar with cryptocurrency market and i can analisys it with correct.
trade in forex is have a big risk than cryptocurrency and market growth in there is different.
so i keep choose crypto trading because i can have a good chance to win a huge profit here.

There is a lot more to take advantage in crypto but then the good thing for FOREX market is that they do have the same software to use, few major markets to watch and having just few dollars can get you somewhere with the help of the leverage that you can earn with just few pips. There are people here who are from FOREX actually, if you have been in forex, you will more likely wanna stay there and just hold BTC. Because their indicators are more accurate and they can follow trading systems that works best for the kind of traders they are.

for me Crypto trading is little bit easier than the Forex trading because the risk is little bit extra in Forex trading but the profit also been increased in this type but if we take risk in most of the time it will not be successful in sometimes so the profit was been little bit affected by that that's why I go with my comfort zone like trading with cryptocurrencies.

I don't know much about trading forex because, in my opinion, that will be too difficult to do because we need to learn much analysis to find the right price. But I don't know if there is a short way to get the right price from one or two analysis because I don't learn forex so far. I only use trading crypto to make money, and that will be good for me so far because I can make a nice profit and I still want to get a bigger profit in the future.

Crypto trading is very risky, so it would be better if you do forex trading for a few months to get familiar with it. Once you feel confidence in forex trading then you can start crypto trading.
Crypto trading and forex trading all have their risk, and prior to crypto trading, people still encounter difficulties a lot in forex trading as regards proper trading and they lose a lot,so there is really nothing new other than volatility differences.

What a trader really needs to rally focus on developing is strategies, if you can have and master the right strategies in any trading form you pick interest in, believe me that you will do great in it. I have done forex trading before and I am doing crypto trading now, crypto is quite more interesting and you get more benefits in crypto trading than forex trading.

If I'm in it for the short-term value, should I just stop doing crypto and go hard on forex?

The question "which is better" is out of the context.

There should be no comparison as even the idea is just the same, they have a "different" approach.

Short-term or long-term, asked yourself, can I deal on Forex? can I deal on crypto? can I deal on both?. Generally, both are good and profitable depends on how well you managed it along the way. Just because someone became successful in doing forex, stocks or crypto, you will have the same experience. It's on your own hands how to make it successful in the long run.

We have different knowledge and strategy on how to deal in those, therefore, you are the only one who can answer "what's fit for you". If you are having a hard time dealing with crypto, then focus on forex and vice versa. Find your comfortability to have a relaxed mindset.
right, both of them have their own characteristics. indeed, the compatibility is in the person of each. forex and cryptocurrency as well. I think it depends on how we respond to these two investments to make a profit
Cryptocurrency is more profitable, Forex is less risky, if you want a profitable trade, crypto is the right choice and if trader is more concerned about the risk, Forex is still the best choice. I too believe like one of the mates that every beginner needs to start learning with Forex first.

I got my proper trading skill in Forex, although there was not cryptocurrency trading yet as at the time I learnt how to trade, but if I had ad the two options, I will surely have opted in for Forex trading. Cryptocurrency is best for investors, I mean buying this coin and holding it for a long time is just the best way to get involved in cryptocurrency in other to minimize the risk involved.

For me for a fast profit I choose the cryptocurrency because we all know that the prices of the coins are decentralized it's the community itself who are responsible for the price of a certain crypto and in result the price of it is volatile it might drop 10% in just an hour, etc. or vise vesa but if you're high risk I suggest that you should go with forex.

Both of them are risky but crypto more riskier.

Why ?
Let's see about forex, the value are being control by trader around the world
But crypto , if we talk about the owner, I think it will not reach 1/2 of world's population

Forex in general have stable value but crypto always volatile !

Why do we need to choose between them if they have the same aspects also. Trading between forex and cryptocurrency are both profitable and risky. However, if we can use them both, we gain a lot. In my case, I prefer to study each coin under stocks and try to buy blue chips and hold for a long period of time. Just like what I did in my ethereum.

Crypto trading is more popular today and it happens that Forex exists to compete with crypto.
It actually, they have similarities but crypto has more advantage over Forex knowing the fact that traders believe that crypto trading is more profitable. And I'm saying that people would choose in crypto trading cause everyone in here can justify it.

I have been into the two and will opening state that; cryptocurrency trading is more profitable than Forex. Although this solely depend on the individual trading with a good coins or tokens. We all know the volatility of cryptocurrency which can easily lead to lost but when chosen a good crypto to trade on, profit will be inevitable compare to Forex.

yes, you should do it. why? because the areas you understand best will give you the right direction and you can make a lot of money compared to investing in cryptocurrency. Investing in crypto is really a game of chance and you should not invest if you do not understand much about it.
At Forex, if you understand a lot about it, you should invest. I believe you can have more money when investing there.

Why? I know the guys who trade on Forex and invest a lot in the cryptocurrencies. These men (two of them) simply try to use all chances to make much money and feed their large families. They do succeed.
For people who loves to explore and take every risk to have a potential benefits this venue will also be a good place for them, they will not think

You see mate, what is causing major separation of both is just the volatility, otherwise, they are both same to me. Crypto could actually be more profitable than Forex if we are to put the volatility level in consideration, but at the same volatility, crypto could also be a very risky to trade.

Forex is still better because the market is not that much of a volatile one, and there can always be room for adjustment if the trade is not favoring us, but the moment crypto trading is not favoring us and we are not careful to quickly apply stop loss, we could end up so bad with nothing if care is not taking, so for a newbie, Forex market is best to start with.

Trading crypto and trading forex are almost the same, and the only thing that makes it different is the analysis and the product to trade. As long as we can master the skills on each of them, I think we can make a profit, and we can survive in any situations. But for me, I still choose trading crypto because it's not too difficult to learn the analysis and for me, I don't have to learn so many analysis to determine the market situations. But maybe it will be different for other people because we don't have the same thing experience in trading.

Not really the same. In forex you can earn profit when the price of a base currency either go down or go up. That's the beauty of it you can go long and short while still profiting form the inflation and also its easy to understand the leverage there than in crypto.  In forex they do have a metatrader which all traders use and also the market closes on weekends.

Basically, traders don't care about what kind of market they have used to trade as long as the market has enough volatility and they can create money from the market. As crypto and i will say crypto is better because it has better volatility than forex.
They are only taking the chance to grab more and more money in the market. More volatility and they have more chance to made a lot of bucks periodically.

I think forex trading is risker than crypto trading. Forex is well for only high experienced person who have more knowledge about forex. In forex trading a newbie can lost his money very quickly if he have not more knowledge about forex. So I suggest people don't enter in forex without any knowledge about it.

The price movements of money fiat such as the dollar, euro or others are very slow. You need a few days to get profit because for me being a day trader on forex makret is very complicated. Comparing with cryptocurrency market which has a volatile price movements and also what I like the most is there is only buy and sell. I mean the cryptocurrency market like a real market, you will only get a profit when you sell from a low purchase price. I prefer to trade in cryptocurrency and I can say cryptocurrency trading is safer than forex like in fbs.

Forex has bigger risk rather than cryptocurrency. While you do forex, you can get very high profit or lose almost all of your money just in a second. It's different when you trade on crypto, your token still there and there is still a chance you can recover your loses before if the coin price increased (only worked for familiar coins)

Well to be honest the most difficult trading is the crypto, the reason is because the market is decentralised and able to be manipulated by the whales, forex itself is not that easy to be predicted and moved with a high speed, but still its easier to predict forex rather than crypto, for short term both if them could be profitable depending on your skill

I totally disagree. Algorithmic trading and HFT make the forex market incredibly choppy. Sure there may be underlying fundamental causes to major moves but most of the time you're just getting chopped to pieces by the market.

With crypto, technical price structures and breakouts is all you need to worry about.

If I'm in it for the short-term value, should I just stop doing crypto and go hard on forex?

Try it and find out. I've done well with commodities and crypto. I hated forex so much I can't even put it into words.

Forex has too many pros and the trading margins are razor thin.  Crypto trading can be quite profitable with how volatile it is and it hasn't been totally saturated yet by professional traders yet.    Trading overall though is a losing game for most people.
You got some point but not all forex traders are pros but regarding on the margin it cant really deny of it.

Its very thing and profitability is hard or lesser compared to forex because volatility isnt really that much
compared to crypto thats why every movement does really counts even on the single or simple digit.

Since bitcoin and other cryptocoins has become popular in 2017 when it witnessed unprecedented upward movement I have to change to bitcoin trading and I can authoritatively tell you that bitcoin and Cryptocurrency trading is far better for those with micro investments and big investors compared to forex. I have been losing for years in forex and I hardly makes profits to cover my losses but with cryptocoins market I have been making profits in both bullish and bearish markets and it has been fund for me. well, with forex you can lose all, while with crypto your coins can lose their value but that doesn't mean you lose the coins, so, with crypto you can wait for the coins to recover their value and then cash out, but this doesn't happen in forex. At the end both are two different things, i like more to trade with btc than to trade forex, i feel safe with crypto.
