Are there any guides that could help me understand trading options? or any platforms that makes it easier for trading?

By now what's great is that you realised there are way too many trade options out there and they all have their own perks and what not but if you know exactly what you want to do and which strategies you pally you can already start to eliminate a lot from the huge list of exchange platforms available out there. What I'd advise first of all is to understand how trading works and its operations in general.

Once you get a good understanding of that, you can then move on to do experiment that on some of the most well known exchanges, sone you might have probably heard a lot about is Binance, and if that doesn't suit you needs maybe try a platform that houses a lot of other different exchanges like bestchange. I have used this platform myself when transitioning between different altcoins and I had no problems.

Just experiment at your own will but do remember it may be risky and you might lose money, especially at the beginning.
For me its better to have enough knowledge before you start  about in trading because it will easy for you to  perform ot do it. And also you need to know more where uou can trade, and most of all you need to know to know the current situation of the market and know how to checked the situation because it will give you advantage to your trading.

You have to look at the option trading as gambling and in gambling it is difficult for you to continue making profits. Most time some technical indicators may work but the reality is that you cannot continue making money from option and you need to learn how to trade.

Well, in that case. Good time to buy calls on BTC and ETH right now? May be long term since BTC is at 8.5k right now, I believe that one BTC bull run will easily take it over 9k.
I wont give financial advise. So treat my words with a pinch of salt. This is what I would do.

You can buy at this point but the trend is slightly bearish right now. We might see 7k USD or even less in the worst case scenario. With this market trend you would be better off dividing the capital into two parts of 2:1 ratio the 2/3rd of it should be given to buy at this price and the rest 1/3rd kept to buy in case it dips even lower. After that you would be out of cash unless you want to approach this in a different strategy.

Sell these lots at a specific stop/losses that you wish to be in when the bullish trend takes over.

No matter what platform it is, crypto, forex or stocks what we really need is to know the basics of trading to read charts and patterns as well to understand whether to know the market. Learning the market and how trade is what matters most.
While I agree that learning how the market works is of utmost important, it is also important to time your entry and exit in the market.

Most traders jump in the fray when the excitement of the panic stages are going on buying high and selling low which is the mistake.

The time to buy is when panic occurs, but then the question comes would you buy something that is causing a panic sell? Answer is yes, if you have a solid belief that the asset is worth money - this is true for bitcoin and partially true for altcoins.

Same goes with stocks though they are more influenced by politics and have a very regulated market.

It seems a lot people replied here without understanding the option trading at first.

Option trading is a type of trading other than spot trading. It shouldn't be compared to crypto, stock or forex cause those three are investment instrument. Crypto support option trading, stock supports option trading, and forex supports option trading.

For me, option trading is one level below gambling in terms of risk. Therefore of you aren't really good at spot trading, you shouldn't do option trading.
The lack of understanding will lead to the misconception and the lasting consequences will be harmful. Binary options is good for hedging the time based price movements with opening the counter trade against the currency transfer made by the business owner. Someone needs to buy a $300k worth with selling EUR in June and the person is afraid of the huge difference at the mentioned date if they sign the agreement now. The person opens a time based binary options for 5 months and buys Euro with the leveraged funds on the both binary options and CFD platforms.

Option trading never seems easy and the factor of risk is always higher in option trading but the amount of profits too would be high in such trading. You have to actually predict the future prices would actually go short of long and this would really need a high research and the ability to understand the graphs much closely.

Demo trading would teach us a lot of new things as we would practically experience trading over there. This would gain us some physical experience which would be a lot useful in our trading career ahead. Trading has been proven to give immense profits but only we are able to bear the loss.
AFAIK,most of these websites manipulate the results so you are going to lose more than earning from doing options trading and if it is a beginner then definitely not advisable.

Don't be too greedy when you just enters into the market.

Logic of trading is simple, you have to buy something and sell it for profits when you see the profit.Cryptos are too volatile so your asset value can increase or decrease every minute which is good for someone to make profit but all they have to do is keep their profit margin as low as possible or make their trading time more longer.
As he is a beginner, it might sound more simple than to actually practice it. That's the one thing about trading is that it's easier to say it than to make an actual profit from it.
I think his perfect shot is to demo trade for sometimes before actually trading the real coins.

OP, there are so many shitcoins in the market that you can use for that. Trade with them first before jumping into trading with reputable coins.
Demo trade is a good idea for someone to get knowledge about how trading works but choosing shit coins is not really a good idea since it can be easily bumped and dumped so OP as a beginner he may lose his money even if he follows good strategies due to manipulation.

Im with this! Dont know why would someone do practice out with shitcoins but as you read up he do talk about demo trade where you can choose up
established or top coins for you to practice trade and there are platforms that do offer some demos which is great for some start up before you do
consider on going to real trade.Options trading is like deciding if price would go short or long, which means analysis is still needed.

The hard part is that there are just too many things I see that I have to fill to execute a trade. You can trade the option at Etoro, it has a lot of advertising on youtube and google. I think this is a very reputable platform and you should learn about trading options more closely. because in any trade field there are difficulties of it, below I find a pretty good article about trading options. Have you know about trading option? I think it is like olymp trade and etc, right? If OP's mean trading option like that then I think that's not about purely trading but these platform are purely like gambling place.

You will get profit only guessed the next candle, I mean if you guess that the next candle is red then you will get profit and it's otherwise. I know these platform last year and I've tried to deposit several times and yeah I never got any profit.
Option trading is not about guessing the next candle is call or put ie that is a pure gamble it requires some fundamental and technical knowledge to have an edge over the market or to make profit consistently a lot of people think binary options is a pure gambling scheme thus trade without the underlying knowledge of it, your not making profit has to do with not studying all the technicalities of candlestick patterns and price action needed to trade profitably.

Here is my suggestion. When you feel you are difficult to learn trading options for some time, and you cannot get a profit from trading, it is better not to continue trading. You can try with the other type of trading, for example, you can try with crypto trading, which will be easier than the trading option. Crypto trading is not too complicated than the trading option, so I think you can learn the lesson of the crypto trading, and you can try to make a profit too. But both trading options and crypto trading need the experience to get the profit, but in crypto trading, you hold it for a long time, and not doing trading every day.
Technical Analysis is always an important factor to study no matter how advanced you get or which trading strategies you use upon. Understanding the trends in the market graphs are made easy with the TA and also it might give you a brief description about the coin you are investing into.

There also are some news platforms which do share daily news about the markets movements which makes it easy for our Technical analysis and also it does give you a lot of general information about the coin you are investing into. Learning new strategies and patterns is an interesting thing for me. I spend most of my time in learning newer strategies which makes me better at trading each time so I would suggest the same to you too.

That is right. With learning the market and learn about trading, we will have time to improve our skills so we can do better in trading, and we will also have a chance to make a profit. We need to spend some time learning every lesson that we can find from many sources, and that is not easy because we need to have an effort to learn to trade. Once we can improve our skills, we can be able to find the profitable coins that will give us a chance to make a profit because with the market situations, and we need to search deeper to get the right coins to trade.

Trading isn't too hard and difficult to learn, it only needs time to develop our mind and build our own strategy. For somewhat like we think also that we need to be confident enough of what we've learned from our mentors or on the internet but instead, we have to keep searching and don't ever stop learning. The experience will help a lot and basically, this one thing to acquire before we could find ourselves if we are comfortable with what we are doing. If we think that is doesn't fit us, it is better not to push ourselves to trading cause this will never help either.

trading is easy, winning in trades is hard because it needs a lot of good technical analysis and some luck too. and at the end we have to master the risk management and money management to made profits when accumulate because it's imposibble for winning trades everytime.

Trading options carry a great risk but also bring a lot of profits in a short time. If you are a newcomer and have no knowledge of TA then it is best to learn first instead of participating in trading.
I would not suggest options to newbies, you know. Even if they do TA, I do not trust these options to be completely fair and it is almost always a loss for the trader.

Quote
At Google and some forex forums there is a lot of experience sharing as well as material that you can learn from them. You will then use the demo account at reputable exchanges and test the strategies you have just learned. These are the safest and least risky steps for newbie. You can refer to Tradingview.com
Tradingview is for getting in dept charts. But if you do not know how to make conclusions and decide on buy/sell you will not be using them to their full potential. TA may be dont well on these charts so that is what someone should focus on before directly jumping into trading.

Quote
There you can use many different indicators and also have VIP members sharing their daily comments for your reference.
What reasons do you have to accept the views of these "VIP" members to be legitimate? It is a gamble when you are predicting prices and they also have a 50-50 chance to predict properly. It is always good to not listen to comments from others on a speculative market.

Trading is not usually a easy task so I am not really sure if you could find any easier way to start trading. The most easiest way of trading according to me would be copy-trading. You could find some professional traders which already have gained immense profits in the cryptocurrencies and you could simply start copying them.

Copying means you would actually make a purchase if the trader you are copying bought any coin. This build your portfolio similar to the trader you are copying and also you can manage the funds accordingly. Etoro is a better platform for copy-trading but you could even find a number of similar platforms which would allow you to copy their professional traders and find yourselves some profits without any hard-work. You definitely need to pay some fees over there though.

There's a lot of entry for newbies to learn trading, but seems like you didn't manage to get the ropes around the that method. I didn't even know that there is trading options in trading. I jumped into day trading back in the day and it wasn't a pleasant experience for me and I won't even advise you to start learning day trading.
Learn the risks first, and make sure whatever amount you're hodling is just okay with you even if you lose it.
Everyone has different experiences in their trading and depending on that the risk they face also differs. Day trading has given me very good and surprising benefits so I would highly recommend it to anyone. Why you did not find it good depends on the situation. Risk is the internal fear one have of losing. Think positive to have positive results that would make you more confident and your trading more beneficial.

Read some books, understand the inner workings of options by digging deeper in the subject. Make sure you test trading options on demo accounts before risking your hard-earned funds. Moreover by making a few hundred option trades you will see how your positions react to different kinds of price movement & more importantly how to manuever yourself in and out of the positions. Financial derivatives products are complex things, don't expect to be easy to get a grasp of them.
Wont really be that easy because trading on demo and actual thing is different. You might able to gain confidence in demo yet youve been profitable but when
we do talk about real money then emotion do comes in and this what makes difficult.Just observe on trading options with demo, you are too confident
even if you lost such position and if you do end up on profitable then it would come to your mind on depositing big time because you've been successful
but this isnt always the case because real account will be entirely a different experience.

I guess its better to have a bid type of trading. You can set your bid to the amount you want or highest possible amount it can come up. Its all up to you whether to bid the very highest price or the nearest possible it can come up to make a profit immediately. As they say trading option is too risky. So basically, if you are overwhelmed with it then try to calm down a bit and collect your thoughts to gather a more significant decision.

Options trading has huge risk its like gambling, once you've loss the position that you've bet on, you loss everything without having an option to stop loss. You can first do dummy trading there's a lot of sites that offers free dummy money to practice.
Doing actual trading especially with options without any trial and error or knowledge could cause you huge losses.

Personally, as a newbie myself, I enjoy social trading. Social trading is a form of investing that allows investors to watch how more experienced traders are trading and follow their investment strategies using copy trading or mirror trading. Because I still lack confidence I find that social trading helps me build confidence while still developing my strategy and learning how profit while reducing my risk. The platform I am currently using is eToro.

For those newbies who are not yet fully understand the trading, the first focus that they should do is identifying the risks. If you cannot take the risks, then you are not for trading and you will only vulnerable in losses. Trading is not easy money and we should aware of that, it is zero sum game where we just getting money from each other. It is a battle of minds and the one who strong and who smart are the ones who always winning.

My first suggestion is you should not yet make investment if you are fully beginner. It takes me months to master and understand the basics and that is why I fully prepared when I first invested in the market. But studying is a forever process, I always reading different tips and opinions from legit traders. Newbies should open their eyes and ears, what I mean is they should open in mew ideas that they can use in order to lessen the losses that they may experience.

Complete newbie ? 0% knowledge even on basics? If yes then better to start up with Babypips.com, finish up the courses and im pretty sure it would help you out on your trading journey.

Dont consider options on your list yet this would be most likely to be a gamble rather than considered to be a trading.Better focus on manual trades, it might not be similar in options when it comes
to profitability but the risk is much lesser.

If that's the case, look for more information here in trading discussion and find some topics that will really help you. Also seek strategies and techniques to other people and after that try to follow and observe how it works. Trading options need a lot of time and effort to execute it completely without and problem or errors. If you trade on your own without the help of bot and other automated trading sites, it will improve your performance a lot.

It not a big tension in the present time. You have multiple options to learn and know about the trading. This is true people share useless posts and false speculations now a days so it is hard to believe what is reliable. Just ask someone what is the reliable source and then start following it. Some people are good at listening some at watching ad others at experiencing. You better know about yourself so adopt the method best suits you and improve your flaws.

Bitcoin = Financial freedom
Logic of trading is simple, you have to buy something and sell it for profits when you see the profit.Cryptos are too volatile so your asset value can increase or decrease every minute which is good for someone to make profit but all they have to do is keep their profit margin as low as possible or make their trading time more longer.

No dream is too big and no dreamer is too small
You can really find it hard at first but after reading some theories and videos at youtube, you will realize and understand the way it was.
Asking how it made it easier. There is no way that it works easy coz it is really a tough job and of high risk.

Only I could suggest is that, try to work in an actual scenario and ask helps to a certain person that could really teach you anything you want until you are ready to work alone.

As the title suggests. I am a newbie trader and have recently found out the benefits of trading options. The hard part is that there are just too many things I see that I have to fill to execute a trade. Are there any guides that could help me understand trading options? or any platforms that makes it easier for trading? Thanks in advance.

There are no such thing as easy money. Trading was easy and learning it can be difficult. But what makes it much harder is how would you have your own ways to earn profit. Better have an immense patience to study reading the market and predictions first. That's the common misconception nowadays, that trading can easily give u money just buy low sell high. No, it requires more experience and evenneeds a huge amount of money first if a trader really wanted huge income. The higher the bid, the better.
For me Experience, patience, a good balance, active decision, required knowledge and passion all combine together in order for a good trade. Yes trading gives you money, if you implement your plan in a right way. Trading will become easier for you if you use the knowledge in the right way at right time. It is difficult for those who take quick actions without thinking just to gain money. You should also learn from others experiences.

OP maybe THIS will help you in your quest for learning about Trading Options. Meanwhile, you could also put in a small investment that you will use to practice trading Options on Trading platforms.
Thanks, this is indeed helpful. I have started going through the program and will watch the videos over the weekend.
As Practice makes a man perfect, you can start from a small business and can lead to higher one. The ups and downs in the small investment will give you experience and knowledge about how to deal with the situation. This will save you from bigger losses in the big investment. In the end you will surely get benefits from this crypto market.

OP should probably consider learning trading with demo trading. That should give you the opportunity to play around with exchanges trading tools without risking your hard earned money. There are some good ones on the internet. Search  "Crypto demo trading exchanges" for articles by reputable sites on the topic.
At first this may seem like a fantastic idea because you can learn how to trade without risking your money, but that is not really accurate, and that is because you're not going to experiment the anguish that comes from actually trading your capital, you're not going to experiment a great joy when the market moves in your predicted direction and you are not going to experiment the anguish when the market does the opposite of what you thought it will do, and knowing how to keep those emotions in check is critical to be successful.
This is not good to keep playing on trading sites which offer you demo trading. For the beginning week or two, you are recommended to trade their in order to get hands on small things like how to buy and sell how to read graphs and so on. But afterwards, start practicing trading with small amounts in order to check the implementation of whatever you have learned. This is will also give you idea of emotional psychology as well.
That is not going to work either, while trading with a small amount of money is a better option it is not going to allow you to know if you have what it takes to be a trader, after all if you risk only a few dollars in each trade and you have thousands you are not going to be worried when you have a losing position, that will only happen when you use a significant amount of your capital, this is the reason why trading can be so deceptively easy when you are not using any money and so difficult once you begin to use your capital.

Why do you "have to" do trading options? Considering it is not a newbie friendly easy to use method of trading, you could simply ignore it and deal with regular trading until you are certain that you are good with that. Trading options when you are newbie and want to get better is only for gambling and hoping that you will get right that one first time and get out, if you are right then continue using it, that would eventually lead you losing as well.

I for example did leverage just once, got right and got away and never did it again, so I can say I am profitable whenever I did it. I am not saying never to look at trading options but at least get better at regular trading first before you can move out to trading options. You should feel confident and insecure enough to write here.
Well, thats partly true. Trading Options can get as complex as any form of trading out there. You can keep it simple though, like you can buy puts if you think that Crypto is going to crash and make some good earning out of it at very affordable costs. Rather than selling crypto and be concerned about being part of shorting. The basics of Options isnt too complicated. Its what you can do with that information, can become complex. Check out Sparrow's medium page. You might find some useful information from it. If you need anymore help, join into Sparrow's telegram and ask that doubts you have regarding trading options.

Why not switch to much more user friendly site, honestly i dont like trading sites that's to much complex especially when all i want to do is buy cryptos, but the trading site has a lot of process to it and if you're a beginner into it there's a high possibility chance that you'll messed up, im just talking from my own experience but seriously try binance or coinut very easy mechanics and simple UI.

A lot of trading tutorials can be found on the internet and pretty easy for us to to do trading if we follow what they say but of course, we have to work our own diligence cause trading is a risky thing to do. Yes, we have the basic learnings but not just it works pretty quick and to become profitable in trading, it needs effort and dedication.

Good call but its better to make your own thread and announce this promotion. Set aside, i would definitely choose that Do nothing and HODL! LOOOL!

Options trading is somewhat considered to be gambling if you dont know on what youre doing but if you do know how to read up charts and make some analysis
then you do really able to increase your chance on winning a position. The thing i dont like on most brokers is on the deduction of the total payout
which is really ridiculous.
Yeah, We have our own thread but I thought OP could benefit from it and learn along with the contest. Giveaways and Contests can be a fun way to learn something, given the added incentive. Agree on the Brokers part. They are like parasites. Better to trade a low amount and learn everything by yourself. Set the goal on learning rather than making money. Making money will be a nice byproduct. If you manage to get your fundamentals strong.

I'm not sure what do you mean by trading options but I suppose you mean trading in general.

Options trading is a different class within trading.

https://www.investopedia.com/options-basics-tutorial-4583012

Not sure where people's interest in options trading comes from, but 'trading experts' are popping up everywhere on social media offering options courses and guides for ridiculous sums of money. They only need a few suckers a month to pay for that garbage and they have a solid monthly income. It could even be seen as passive income because they only have to spend time setting up these courses/guides once.

People can't even just do simple spot trading and they want to get into options trading? It's hilarious. Cheesy

they have their own preferences when it comes to trading. but for the OP not to overwhelmed by his newfound 'hobby', he should take it one at a time. maybe he's too excited that he found this trading options that will potentially give him good profit. but i suggest that he should not rush things here, try to learn first and read pointers as already been discussed many times on this section. he can already gained a lot of insights on this forum alone.

Yes, it could be overwhelming. It's demanding, time consuming, it requests skills and knowledge, so in one word it's not easy. That is why I say that trading isn't for everyone and there is nothing to be shamed of if you come to this conclusion.
So with time it might get a bit easier when you get some more experience and when you develope your own strategy and goals but don't expect that you could do trading without efforts and without losses.

What trade options do you mean? is there too much coin to trade. so it's hard to choose it. if that is the case, I usually choose altcoin which has the top 50 in CMC. and choose a coin that experiences a price drop. then analyze it. I personally have never used the guide. just following a little news. and only search for news about selected coins. But if you have difficulty trading. try to use a demo trading. it will help you in trade option.

You can try on okex exchange, they also provide a simulation of trading options with 10 tbtc as a trial. Focus on training first with all the basic techniques that can be learned from Google. If you begin to understand, you must also ensure that the conditions will never be the same as real trading options, you can make many adjustments quickly using your money.

If you are overwhelm but it then you need to step back a bit and learn to trade slowly. I really don't understand why newbies really rush into the market without having a grasp on how everything works and then complain when they don't make money. So my advise, equip your self with knowledge, go around the forum and read and learn. Trading is a lonely job, I mean no one will teach you everything and spoon feed you, you have to get your hands dirty here to learn the tricks.

Most newbies want to run before they learn how to walk, it is understandable to be excited about this market and the possibilities that you have to make a huge amount of money but before dealing with a complex subject it is better to learn the basics first, get the necessary experience, read a lot about the subject and after several months you will be ready to trade the markets as a professional, but obviously almost no one wants to do this and take the long path to success.
In an ideal world that's how it should be, but we have enough multi-year evidence that people don't want to spend time getting the hang of trading in general. It's also like that within the stock and forex market.

It's such a shame because all they do is lose money instead of making it, and there are enough people ending up completely broke, especially when they mix in high leverage without knowing anything about the risk involved.

You need to learn what is trading options and function before use it, join some trading group or see the knowledge at you tube channel. In hard way use demo account and try practice, soon or later you'll know how it works. Easy is came from experience, I agree with this one. Start with practice and next level use small amount from your fund as tester. You'll find many thing that you can't imagine, maybe bad maybe worst. As long you can focus and disciplines, easy is easy.

Well since you're a newbie, avoid trading options right now. It may seem enticing and would look like it could return a lot of profit, but as a beginner trader, your job is to first familiarize yourself with the world of trading, specifically the usual actions done in it. Trading Options is more of an advanced lesson, and being at least an intermediate level at trading is a prerequisite. After 9-12 months of trading, come back. If trading options still seem overwhelming, you can then start studying for it but at that point, I doubt it would seem as such. You've already experienced quite a lot in trading after all.

One huge red flag that tells you that you are doing something wrong is when you try to do something and you do not understand a thing about it, go back to the drawing board, the markets are not going to leave, they are going to be there for you to trade when you are finally ready since there is no point to rush your entry to the markets, and if you do you are going to regret it, remember you have all the time in the world to master trading but your capital is limited so you must protect it no matter what.

Personally I am into binary options trading so far it has been a mixed results partly due to high volatility of some trading currencies while choosing the accurate expirary time is another challenge and not having enough knowledge of price actions, my kind advice is to ensured that you practice well enough with demo before investing your hard earned into option due to the risk involved in trading it.

Trading option, i think if i newbie trader i will avoid it too like what man above said. Because it is better to do trading like usual, when we lose we still can hold and do something or at least minimize our losses. In trading option, if you wrong to guess, you can lose your bet.

I would avoid platforms like trading options, I think it's a gambling game that uses a trading platform interface, although some people say it's not the same as gambling.
Also most trade options websites do not have legal licenses.

Well, it's better to trade on an exchange that has a credible and legal license. You can find some technical analysis that you can learn, also try trading courses, trading is not enough just with theory, practice is the most important.

Being new in trading, you must get some information, today you can get a lot of sources that give you a lot of ideas what is trading, but first, you must what is trading this is an exchange of coins from different currency. You can get more reliable suggestions and options in trading if you consult a real trader because those data are reliable; those experiences can be used as an advantage to the other trader because still, they didn't experience how does trading work.

One of the common and basic knowledge the trader must know is what is the coin that most suitable for trading because it gives you a lot of profit than the other currency. Next is you must know how to read a graph because it provides a lot of ideas when it is the right time to trade.

It's easy to find such guides regarding trading options or binary options which functions the same as gambling making it too risky for a trader or beginners. If you need platforms that make you easier for trading, check centralized and decentralized exchanges in coinmarketcap wherein they offer a typical trading services with some of them has a feature of margin trading.

Option trading is much more risky than a casual cryptocurrency trading from centralized or decentralized exchanges. So as a newbie it's much better to just trade cryptocurrency on exchanges rather than doing option trading. There are many books that teach us the basic of the trading methods but even though experience is always the best teacher

Experience is your best bet. If you don't want to use live trading, try out virtual trading. Pretty close to what trading does live but there are a lot more uncertainties in live trading compared to virtual trading. If you still don't understand things, stand by the forum and read some of the ol long posts about beginner guides up to the 2nd page at max. It should entail a lot of info you could use.
