It is pretty easy to understand that it is all fake, and the money they stand to make is that which you pay to join the group, think about it, if they had accurate trading signals, they'll not be selling it, they'd just use the signals to trade themselves and make money.

Victims of these groups are usually people who are new to trading and the greedy too, they want to make money pretty fast from trading and they think that's how it works. Even if you don't want to do the hardwork of learning how to trade, and you decide to get trading signals from wherever, do not pay for them.
True. They will instead use their own trading signals for their own profits, and not to attract other traders to make a subscription. This is a clear scam, and everyone that falls on it is certainly not thinking properly. While this can be profitable for some experienced traders, as they know already how to deal with them, but for beginner traders, this is actually a big NO. It’s better to stick to your own trading skills and abilities, than to rely on trading channel apps that are only eyeing for your money until they took them completely.

No dream is too big and no dreamer is too small
Trading signal channels are running a business, so expect that they will do everything to deceive people especially for those who are in greed for quick profits. You can be profitable at your first subscription, but never assume that you will remain profitable in the end. That is part of their strategy, by unrevealing their intention at first until everyone else is falling on their trap. So if you are a wise trader, stay away from these trading channel apps, as they can’t be trustable and worthy of our money.

Trading signal groups use all kinds of tricks to fool newbies and lure newbies to buy premium group subscriptions with only profit screenshots on public channels. I also once bought a premium membership to a trading group after seeing their tempting ads, and that was the biggest mistake of my life because they took credit for 1 successful trade after giving 10 signals with random signals.

I lost my trading momentum after joining that trading group. And that time I faced huge losses and it took me a long time to overcome that bad situation. So newbies should spend more time building trading skills, so as not to lose their capital by joining such crappy trading groups.

I understand how this kind of trading signal operate, based on my experience joining a couple of the Premium Group, not all, but based on my experience it wasn't so different from the pump-and-dump group. So, the Group Owner, will have several groups, 3 Level of Premium Groups and one Free Group, lets say that the Premium Group consist of three groups, Top Level is Gold Group, followed by Silver Group, then Bronze Group, and the last one Free Group.

The owner will spread the signal to the Gold Group first, lets say at 12PM, then two hours after that he will broadcast the signal to the Silver Group or at 2PM, then three hours later to the Bronze Group or at 5PM, and finally the owner will broadcast the signal to the Free Group 6 hours after the first broadcast he made.

With this kind of MO, Silver Group is buying the Gold Group Orders, Bronze Group is buying the Silver Group & Gold Group orders, and the Free Member is buying everything that left. Then there will be the question of who is buying the Free Group order, if the Free Group is lucky then there will be some people who are not in any of those group jumping to the FOMO bandwagon and buying those order, if not lucky then those Free Group members will become the slaughtered pig, getting nothing.

As we're all acquainted with trading signal channels, it's worth noting that I'm well aware that the content found there is often deceptive. I don't personally adhere to any of their advice, but I'd like to share my experience in understanding their tactics and how they deceive people.

A few months ago, I was introduced to a free signal channel by someone. I've been observing their posts for a while, marveling at how accurate their forecasts seem to be. They maintain the authenticity of their past predictions by not editing them, which fosters trust and encourages people to join their paid signal group. Recently, I uncovered their strategy. They make predictions for both bullish and bearish trends, spaced a few days apart. They depict upward and downward price movements in separate posts. When the chart goes up, they refer back to their bullish post, and when it goes down, they point to their bearish post. This clever approach lures users into subscribing to their premium channel.

When following a trading signal group, it's important to remain vigilant. These groups employ various tactics to capture our attention, so it's essential to be discerning.
Well I also found some trading signal channels that are the same as you said. And indeed a lot of signal channels like that. But not all of them are. Because there are several channels on Telegram where they share trading signals for free but with a pretty good level of accuracy. Well it's not 100% accurate. but 7 out of 10 signals they give are always on target. But yeah, it's true they also open a paid VIP signal group, of course. But sadly they don't open slots every time. Even this year there were only a few slots open and they ran out immediately when I wanted to join. But that was several months ago. Because now I don't see many signal channels on Telegram anymore. I prefer to focus on personal analysis for now. Currently I prefer to actively search for fundamental information on many news channels and sites.

And I agree that we must be careful not to easily believe signal channels that always show off their profits. Because if they really are experts in analysis and trading then they don't need to make money from opening paid groups. Because they can definitely make more money from the trades they make themselves in the market. Grin

I assure you, this is a new experience for me. Despite frequently encountering losses in my trading based on my experience, I find contentment in my choices as they are entirely my own, uninfluenced by external factors. There are numerous ways that can lead us astray, but due to my honesty, I sometimes struggle to promptly identify deceit. Having recently acquired this knowledge, I am eager to share it with the community. This way, those unfamiliar with these types of cheating can make well-informed decisions.

This has been going on for a very long time now, and most people (traders) are not yet even aware of it, just as you are having to experience it for the first time. It's good you shared your experience. I also learned it after someone shared their experience, and I took caution; if I had not, I definitely would have fallen victim to paying for some nonsensical VIP signal group. I'm just content with my strategy and trading decisions as well.

As for me, I do not use signal because I know that the signal providers are only looking for ways to enrish their own pocket and nothing more.

I've personally never been a fan of such groups though I've joined a couple just to observe how they operate. Most of their signals don't actually work out, and they just ignore them like they were never given and they just keep posting the signals that worked, they also keep forwarding successful signals from their Premium groups only to show the members that they are making people make a lot of money through their signals which is just a deception.
I'm not a fan of trading signal groups either. However, I joined mainly for swift news updates rather than trading signals. These groups manage to provide the latest news promptly, making it convenient for us to access without any trouble. Nonetheless, I've shared my concerns about how these groups can deceive unsuspecting individuals. Newcomers might place their trust in them and purchase premium packages, which often turn out to be ineffective and result in loss of funds.

I wonder how the group is still running because it wouldn't be hard for any person to tell that they are making prediction posts for both directions.
Anyone who is actively listening to their signals would be able to identify this scam. People should avoid signals at first place.
It might sound intimidating to join these groups but all of them are just a waste of time and money.

This is the only way for these people to be accurate. Nothing else. The signals of these so-called analysts have to be equivocal. Otherwise, they can't be right. They don't choose between a yes or a no, a black or a white, a true or a false. Somehow, they always choose the two. They are always ready with a disclaimer.

Roughly, they're like saying, "the price is about to go up, but beware because it could also go down." In Bitcoin's price history, you can always find both bullish and bearish patterns which you can use simultaneously in your prediction.

I also have a bad experience with regards to these trading signal channels back in 2018 I think or 2019.
I really didn't want to do it at first, but curiosity got me, and tried joining to a trading signal channels which I paid only 5$.

Their scheme is that, the one that I purchased is their level 1 trading signal channel meaning they will post the signal a few minutes late, and by the time we saw the signal there, the coin pumped many times already. We don't know this at first until we saw it first-hand that we are receiving the signal late until I stopped relying on that shitty trading channel, left on that Telegram channel, and just focused on learning in trading.

Is there anybody here who became successful, or at least earned huge profit just by following these trading signal channels? Because what I know is that these are just scam attempts to those who wants to earn in trading in a quick way. Either way, I already stopped trading for months, and I will never, ever try to join to these trading signal channels. I just want to know if there's anybody here who got profit because they followed paid trading signals.

Before you subscribe to any signals group, vet it and be patient. Beginners who follow trading signals without having any proper knowledge or any risk management strategy will set themselves up for failure. Just like the OP has said, it is easy to catch these scams trading signals if the person is patient enough. Some of these red flags to look out for are those who manipulate the success rates, and especially those who offer free signals to profit from commissions.

These trading signal groups are taking advantage on the newbies that don't want to learn understand trading but want to trade and make profit thinking that trading is that easy. They know people that they can fool because this trick wouldn't work for someone that is a good trader or understands trading. Newbies and amateur traders should create out time to learn if they think that trading must be done. I don't have to join any trading group because I dislike trading and it is time consuming and very risky. This is why I prefer to hodli my bitcoin for long. Most signal groups are out there to scam people because they have nothing to offer.

If you get a free product, then you are the product. It should be pretty obvious that no one will share accurate predictions or insider information for free. Instead these channels will typically mislead beginner traders into investing in shitcoins. You just can't trust anyone in trading, it's a zero sum game with no cooperation.

I have also come across two threads where same issue was  talked about. Most of those signal providers are only using those fake signal to decive traders into paying for subscription and at the end of the day, they are even earning more than you by just selling those fake signals, while you (as the trader) is buying fake signal and having losses in your trade, you are enriching those moda fuckers. fuck'm all, fuck trading signal.

People who do observe not observe so well will not quickly be able notice this gimmick. Trading signal channels are usually started by people who have plans to make money from fees people will pay to join the signal group, so their intentions will not always be good because they will want to do everything possible to make sure that people who join them stay and that more people join them in the group. If I will trade, I will like to learn and be independent of the need for a signal group.

You should never join these trading signal channels. They are not worth it. There are many users on TradingView who provide their perspective on various SYMBOLS for free. Here is how you can access them. https://www.tradingview.com/markets/cryptocurrencies/ideas/

Here you will see most upvoted recent ideas related to Bitcoin and Ethereum, you can see how they are calculating and it's upto you to agree or not. Much better than following or paying for trade signals.

This is what I’m using too on my trade since tradingview charter is very open for discussion about their TA. They provide too a detailed explanation and solid charts to support their predictions unlike telegeam signal channel that typically drop a buy signal with only buying price as info.

The only disadvantage on tradingview charters is sometimes you will be confused once you read others idea especially when they are conflicting to each other while they both provide a reasonable explanation on how they come up with their prediction.

This method only deceives new members and fails to deceive old members in their channel like you.

It only impresses people who don't follow their channel signal and only watch signals to asses signal accuracy. If for instance, I follow a signal and buy or sell it, I will do know result of my position and accuracy of given signal. If I only follow their signals and only use memory to assess their signal accuracy, I still can remember what signal they call and how it ends within a few days.

But it's interesting to know the deceiving method and your sharing will help many newbies who rely on signal groups.

I only believe that there are people who really master trading and always profit from every prediction. they will use the prediction itself to make them rich. not looking for people to join the group, let alone for paid channels.
at first, they made a free group. but with predictions and also limited discussion. and they will offer paid groups for more complete discussions and predictions with people they call experts.
We have encountered many such schemes, don't ever be fooled.

It become worse if the trading signal is in telegram where the admin can easily delete his and someone else post without leaving any trace, so new people will believe his prediction is almost 100% correct. Giving a screenshot and sending a video about his trading experience aren't solid proof, the only solid proof I think is he do a live trading and withdraw it into his bank account, withdrawing the profit is needed to make sure it's a real money, not demo account.

Common thing we can see on a group where they offer trading signals since at first they are showing up some good result to convince people that there signals given is reliable. After that the same on what you experience they are now offering the same scheme called premium signals where they want to lure people and tell that they can earn a earn more using their premium signals.

Very deceptive people and the worst thing about all this is that they trade on demo accounts to create that picture of profitability when in reality  they are dead broke.

Yeah, that's kind of an old trick where you predict more than one outcome and only refer to the one that came true. A more clever way is to fit them into one prediction instead of separate ones by creating a complicated statement that can be interpreted either way Grin

When following a trading signal group, it's important to remain vigilant. These groups employ various tactics to capture our attention, so it's essential to be discerning.
Technically these things are "pump and dump" groups not signal groups and usually their main purpose is to get some shitcoins they had bought before, pumped so that THEY can sell and make profit. There used to be some of them active on this forum with specific topics giving "signals". Here is the oldest one I could remember and find: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ryan-pumper-pumpers-picks-updated-daily-765426 you can see how he used to scam people specially with his shill accounts.

I say stay away from them altogether instead of trying to go in and not be fooled.

This is why I am not a fan of these trading signals. Nothing is promised or guaranteed here when they are calling for long, short, buy, sell, etc.

I did however tried a trading signal one time from my Polish friend. Sad to say that most of his calls are losses and only a few handful are wins. And on top of that, he’s selling a VIP course which is a paid monthly subscription about his signals that would mean something fishy.

Even though he is my friend, but I do not follow him anymore. Not a fan of paid VIP trading signal courses, even if it’s coming from my friend.

Yes they are in most cases because they will always have something to offer their subscribers even when what they are saying is off beat, they are there to make money and probably influence investors but the truth is that we can even perform than they can do if we sincerely knows what we are doing.

They maintain the authenticity of their past predictions by not editing them, which fosters trust and encourages people to join their paid signal group.

Let's just imagine how the whole things works here, we are into trading just to earn some more sats and yet subscribed to some centralized services to give us wrong predictions there's no accuracy and certainty in, these people are making money from us and we are not making money from their subscription.

Thanks for this post
Its a relief
I'm always bewildered by their inhumane accuracy
Its unfortunate I had to learn this now
Due to my relatively new association with crypto
I used to doubt my analysis because of others signal's
But accumulated losses helped me learn to trust in myself
Take my losses and do my own research after seeing theirs.
I guess that's why #DYOR# can never be underestimated

Normally traders who risk their money using signals to trade, I’m not classifying them among professionals in trading. My reason is because they are not what trading requires; they only set up signals to work for them, which puts them at a higher risk than people who use their brains to trade. However,  it always surprises me when someone relies on trading without thinking of how trading is supposed to be because the signals can stop working at anytime. I believe when these types of people experience big losses, they will have themselves to blame for the fact that they, and even from day one, I’ve never trusted this issue of using trading signals, so I believe this experience that you share with us can not only help the newcomers but even others who are using signals to trade.
